FreeStuffsNG:You think, these people being arraigned just woke up one morning and said….let’s go and invade the house of Chief Justice of Nigeria all on their own with an order from above? They will all be settled handsomely with good behind the scene pension that will make any person in Nigeria today want to go to ‘prison’….yes that is a prison with a quote. |
wayforward2grea:Which new evidence are you talking about? He is a grown ass man, there is no evidence greater than a confessional statement from a grown ass man freely as have been stated by this Judge. Also, physical & biological evidence collaborated his confessional statement that the little girl was molested and there is also the issue of the CCTV camera. The defense angle is to subdue and throw away all these evidence, so the case will be reduced to he-said, I-said, but so far that strategy is not working. Head or tail, which ever you choose, this guy is going to jail, he better settle with the prosecution so they can give him a soft landing. If an adult have a controversy with a teenager or kid, 9 out 10 times, the adult will lose…talk less of a child molestation case. |
Na envelope dey change hands before prayers follow so? |
dawnomike:Any Mercedes Benz vehicle that cost N3m is nothing to write home about and of little value that just about $5k. I will take a Toyota of N3m any day, any time to that run-down Mercedes No-Benz. |
Nothing to see here, the vehicle window glass was up, she was just kissing the glass on the other side. |
gidado14:Men that fight the man their wife cheats with are ‘weaklies’. That wouldn’t stop her and you can watch over her 24/7…..either forgive her or send her packing period! |
Loreettaa:Who is mid-twenties even close to ‘early midlife’? Find and engage in what interests you more….you be involve in a lot of things you don’t like or enjoy doing, shake things up a little. |
InTheCloudySky:He did not interfere, otherwise it would have been a criminal case. He is a Journalist and CNN expected him to be neutral and objective, but he took sides and was biased towards his brother and even seek intelligence against one of the women accusing his brother……things that a friend or a brother will do. |
@Mercychen Why do you think he is the problem, when you also refused to have the family planning done on you? You can turn the questions, you are asking inward and ask yourself.... 1. Why did you bluntly refuse? 2. Could you have ulterior motives? 3. Is it better for him to opt-out, than regret later? 4. What does it mean, when a woman kicks against family planning? FYI: There are safe female family planning methods, tubal ligation is the female equivalent to vasectomy, very effective just like vasectomy, less risky just like a vasectomy. It is also reversible, just like vasectomy, why not pick his call and tell him, that you have now found the solution? |
11Only the couple went to picnic, no where was it stated the kids or grand kids went. |
Ogbuefi2020:That is our prayers oh! If only he can increase the suffering in APC, the way he has increased the suffering in Nigeria, that will be equity and justice. |
matrix199:If the population of rats increases, that of cats will also increase due to the abundance of meal to nourish their body. Vultures and other carnivores feeds on rats too, so it will be plenty meat to go around. |
khia:Native Americans don't run around claiming to be Black Americans only to crawl back into their insecure shell and waive the Native flag after sprouting some made-up folktale they heard about their great-grand or grandmother being from a Native tribe. See how convenient it was to throw your black African grandfather and black African parent under the bus because you have an inferiority complex. BTW if you are a Native American and want inherit rights, you should be living on the Reservations. I bet you do not have any tie to any of the Reservations, neither can you trace that your convenient 'grandmother' klan or family house in the Reservation, just like you can not trace your Africa parent origin to Africa, my brother....you are still without an identity. Native Americans have rights within their Reservations and they are not part of the USA. The USA is made of 100% immigrates and the US has signed more than 8 treaties with Native Americans. Treaties are usually signed between two foreign entities, hence the US signed those treaties with the Natives and gave them their Reservations with autonomy and the right to self-govern. Yes, you can abandon those treaties & Reservations and come and live in the US outside the Reservations, just like everyone else in US left their land and came to live in the US and here in the US, everyone has equal rights and you don't have any self-entitlement ownership to US than the next US citizen. You cry about others stereotyping Black Americans, but you are here on a Nigeria Social media site stereotyping Nigerians. It remains to be seen, what would have made you to abandon your Black American Social media blogs and come on Nigerian's to start stereotyping them? It is like you are stalking Nigeria and Nigerians, if they are so bad, so unintelligent, criminals, so underserving, why are you here associating with them? Why are you using the platform created by Nigerians to spread your ignorance and hatred? That is some fatal attraction syndrome you have there, combined with your inferiority complex. Take a moment of self-reflection in your privacy, look yourself very well in the mirror...you are Black, you are African despite your denial and desire to run away. Don't buy into Whiteman's definition of your personal identity, Yes Blacks commit crimes, Yes Nigerians commit crimes...so also do other races and ethnicity. Most immigrants out of African to the US and other Western countries are Nigerians, so when you look at raw statistics of crime, they tend to get a large share of crime statistics, they also get a large number in other statistics....e.g. If you plot the Africa Immigrate chat in the US, Nigeria is at the very top of people with higher educations, working for fortune 500 companies, earning above median income, in US local, State and National Government, etc. Advice, you do not have to take....Find take to listen to the Danger of a Single Story by Ngozi Chimamanda, this is the link below... be balanced in your perception of the world and the story you tell as those stories tell the world who you actually are and your level of knowledge, sophistication or the lacks thereof.. https://www.ted.com/talks/chimamanda_ngozi_adichie_the_danger_of_a_single_story?language=en |
Simran94:That was a teaching about divorce and not about one many marrying one wife. The Bible is against divorce, except in case of infidelity. It takes two people to get marry, hence Jesus was talking about ‘two’ people. Men who have more than one wife, get marry to each and not to all of them. BTW, that passage about a man leaving his parent and joining his wife and they two becoming one is from Gen 2:24, the same Old Testament where God approves of David, Solomon and the rest, it was not something new that Jesus springed up in the New Testament. And despite that, not one prophet of God in the Old Testament came to these men having more than one wife to bring God judgement or displeasure or rather that Gen 2:24 passage interpretation the way you have rendered it…these prophets of God harmed on Israel’s sins but never included this as one. In Isaiah 4:1 the prophet was prophesying about a time when men shall be limited in supply due to their depletion in fighting wars that came about as a result of God’s wrath and it states that, seven women shall cleave to one man and plead that he marry them, that they will provide for themselves, that they just want to bear the name of the man and be saved from reproach. God did not turn around and condemned them for their evil deeds of marrying one than one wife, but rather the prophet said, God turned away His wrath and saved their men. |
Simran94:That is why I asked, Jesus preached many sermons, gave us God’s teachings, way of life and what we must do both to leave on earth and to make it to heaven. And, as you stated..He led us and thought us the right to do do…. Among all Jesus’ teachings, please point me to Omer verse, where He said, a man should marry one wife? I think if the subject of polygamy is of great importance to God, righteousness, godliness and making it to heaven, Jesus will not forget to mention it, even once…..don’t you think? |
Simran94:How many wives did David have again? But he was a man after God’s own heart. What about Solomon? But he was the wisest man that ever lived, and he got his wisdom from God. The Bible is littered with righteous men of God, some closer to God than we will ever be, who married more than one wife. I have gone through Jesus teachings, never once did he mentioned that, if you married more than one wife, you will sent to Hell and that Heaven does not belong to you. I think I will rather stick to Jesus’ teachings, or do you doubt if his teachings will mislead anyone? |
Sex like any other activity humans engage in gets better with practice. And just like everything else, you have to learn and practice the act of doing it well. Like everything, your effectiveness & abilities of your tools to perform at peak reduces with lack of practice….So, your Doctor is correct! |
Conner44:rats & cockroaches can not also live in a completely sealed soaker-away. The same principles and conditions that allows a snake inside your WC is the same that will allow a rat or cockroaches inside your soaker-away……check for holes, cracks, breaks, etc through which they were able to access the soaker-away. |
khia:I was really going to let you have it until I read your other posts. You are very small-minded, in some of your other posts, you are quick to state that "...all Black Americans are not the same" and someone "..didn't get a chance to know all 40 million Black Americans", etc. But, you are quick to lump all Nigerians in one swoop and paint with a brush too wide. Nigeria is more diverse, complex, and broad compared to Black Americans, we are the largest Black group on earth, more than 100 million strong, and far more than a meager 40 million Black Americans. There are more than 300 languages, tribes, ethnicities, cultures, etc in Nigeria....so, if you think "...Black Americans in California are different from Black Americans in New York City", you must be very dense & myopic to lump all Nigerians together. Yes, Nigeria and some Nigerians have problem, but we are proud Nigerians, we are one of the most educated immigrant groups in America and far above the Black American population...if you doubt go and ask Google or Bill Oreilly. No community or country has it all and most of the crimes committed by Blacks originated from the Whiteman. You have the right to be small-minded and bitter, because you do not have an identity, culture or because my forefathers shipped yours in a boat to America some years back. If your forefathers were not low-classed peasants or servants, our forefathers who were stronger and chiefs, Obas, Kings, and of royal blood would not have captured and shipped them away as slaves...go choke on that! Your witless self with zero self-awareness or reflection...hops into a social media platform created by a Nigerian to start belittling Nigerians, why not you hop into a platform created by your 'Superior' Black American types? Agreed, African Countries and societies have a long way to go, but look at who is calling the kettle black....tell me of any Black American majority society led by Black Americans out there in your neck of the hood worthy of emulation..is it Camden or Cleveland or Newark or Detroit or Chicago? In America, there is a direct coloration between the crime rate, the dirtiness of the city, poverty of a City, etc and the population of Black Americans living there...the more Black Americans there, the more shithole of a place it is....you quickly know that when you want to buy real estate in the US....they tell us to avoid those shitholes neighborhoods despite the cheap houses because those houses are cheap for a reason.....You live and enjoy what the Whiteman has created and by extension ascribe it yourself, when some of the Nigerians you berate contributed more than your very self to that society in terms of taxes, giving back to the community, contributions in Science, Technology, Arts, culture e.t.c. BTW, if you are not a Native Indian, you do not have any right or say to America, than the next person or Nigerian American Citizen in America. The fact that your mama gave birth to you in the USA doesn't give you more equality...my one vote cancels and neutralizes yours....And I hate to break the bad news to you, Nigerians in America are not going anywhere, they are here to stay and even bring more of their families & friends to the land of the free...GO AND HUG TRANSFORMER. Until you are ready to get back into that boat that shipped your forefathers to America, back to where they came from, stop insulting your intelligence and lack of history of your origin, by telling some people in America that, they export crime and that they should go back to where they came from...Sorry my bad! You don't have an identity or origin, so you do not even know where to go back to! maybe, you should go and get one of those free ancestry DNA kits from Oprah, maybe after then, you will have a tiny 5 percentage clue of where you need to be shipped back to! A bitter, spiteful and small-minded Ignorant ingrate of a human being, lacking in history of his origin & identity! |
khia:Most? You must be among the ‘most’ for you to have gotten an inside info that fueled your statistics and conclusions. |
TundeWX:Go check the Chinese loan Nigeria got for the railway, that clause is also there. Amaechi was even on TV defending the inclusion of the clause and minimizing it’s effect on the Nigerian State. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaY9LybthVw |
Nbotee:Because it is poor photoshopped job. |
wman:Stay clear my pal…..The N2.4T in the 2022 budget…is APC 2023 campaign funds, has nothing to do with subsidy nor any 40 million Nigerians, |
FarahAideed:There were 112 regulatory roll backs during Trump, 98 were completed, 14 are still pending.....Non of them lead to any oil boom! The regulations that Trump rolled back weaken Air pollution & emission standards, Drilling & extraction, water pollution, toxic substance & safety, etc....none lead to the boom you spoke off. Remember that, those EPA regulations were put in place by Obama and yet when Obama hand over to Trump, gas price was about $2.37 per gallon...and stayed on average like that despite the regulatory roll backs you touted as responsible for gas prices during Trump years.... During Bush tenure another GOP that rolled back regulations before Obama came in, gas prices went as high as $4/gallon and only came down shapenly during the market crash under Bush before Obama took office. Find below a graph of US gas prices from Bush to trump....COVID helped is depressing gas prices...it is call COVID-19, because it started in 2019 and not 2020, there was no much travel then, demand for gas was low world wide, the price to take delivery of Oil then was in the negative, vessels of ships with oil were floating the high sea, no one needed them because prices were in the negative...today a barrel of oil cost about $75 and not in the $30-$40 range as they were then. From the graph, despite the EPA rollbacks, there was more dip in gas prices during Obama who put in those regulations compare to Trump who removed them, which completely contradicts your arguments that the prices were due to regulatory removal. Oil & gas price are regulated by world events plus demand/supply. There is a reason FG is planning on removing fuel subsidies, which will increase the price at the pump, gas price has skyrocketed in Europe recently, many under conservative Governments.
|
FarahAideed:Another one spotted! They don’t think for themselves! So what did Trump did exactly to make gas prices cheaper? You think somehow prices of gases are not influenced by market forces of demand and supply? In 2019 & 2020 almost everyone in the USA stayed in-doors and the Airlines were virtually grounded and you think that drastic nose dive in demand will not push gas prices down? Things have since picked up in addition with high inflation and you expect the prices of other staples to rise but not the price of gas? |
Omicron007:Except that, there are about seven crossings across the Hudson, between New York City & New Jersey ie five bridges and two tunnels. Which are , Tappan Zee bridge, George Washington Bridge, Bayonne Bridge, Goethals Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing, Lincoln Tunnel & Holland Tunnel. |
timesup234:Sorry pal, you must have lived in Camden or in one of the projects in New Jersey. Advice: Next time, double your huzzle, so you can stay in a better place….thank me later. |
JosephXavier:It is difficult to prosecute him base on those posts: The prosecution must proof three things: 1. He made the threat. 2. He intended on carrying it out or have the means to carry it out. 3. Items 1 & 2 above occurred concurrently. Someone asked, if you have a million dollar, what will you do? And he opened his mouth and starting talking…. We know he does not have a million dollars, so his response can be taken as an hyperbole. The prosecution botch this, they would have provided him with a million bucks and monitor him to see if he will start making plans to put his words into action. If someone have a gun and says…he will blow person A head off….that is a threat! But if someone say, if I win a million dollars, I will buy a gun and blow person A head off….it will be a difficult job to prosecute the second person, since the intent have not developed. |
SapphireBlue:Must Davido respond to him? He has a sense of entitlement, na Davido bi him papa? Davido cannot and must not respond to every person in need known or unknown….Davido is not God. This is truly nonsense and he should go hide himself in shame. He even stated that, it was those who did not know him that responded and he is blaming Davido for responding to ‘unknown’ orphans instead of to him a known person, is that not hypocrisy on his part? |
Does Wema bank still exist? I thought they have been bankrupt. They should milk this limelight to the fullness in order to get some shine out of it. |
Golan007:I did not say biopsy is part of the colonoscopy, I said growth or tissues are removed for biopsy. Growths and Polyps are also removed during the process……the act of removing or cutting some tissue from your body is why it is surgery but a minor one. One can get complications following a colonoscopy and you can be perforated during the process, though rare but colonoscopy had lead to deaths. Hence at a certain age with medical history considered, the risk-reward in having a colonoscopy weighs against having one. If the procedure is as benign as you make it to sound, there wouldn’t have been any risk factors. |
