I'm not sure why someone would want to marry someone they possibly can't have a life long future with. But apparently, people are doing that. Their reasoning(s) why they choose to wed someone incarcerated and on deathrow is beyond livedit. More power to them is all I can say. |
Hmmm, there were three if I recall. One was Avants: " I Can Read Your Mind". The second one was" Al Green's: "Let's Stay Together" and the third is: "Toni Braxton's " You Mean The World To Me". Till this day I still find it hard to listen to any of these songs. I don't nothing reminding me of my ex. |
Your in college dating a now high schooler? I don't even have to say that you are TOO old for this young girl because that's what she is. She is a 16yr old girl doing what 16yr old does at this age. Your looking for a woman in a little girl. I can understand you have feelings for this young girl, but you truly need to find someone grown up and mature. What you are seeking in this young teenager you are not going to find. Who cares how old she looks. The fact is, she is not older. Her body may "look" older, but she is a young, immature, inexperienced child mentality. Right now, you need to be focusing on your studies than worrying about having a relationship with this minor. Rather she is a virgin or not is irrelevant and not any of your concern. At this point, only thing you can do is ask God for forgiveness, forgive yourself, forgive her, let her go and move on with your life. She has definitely moved on with her life and you should too. Why waste all your time and brain cells on someone you are definitely not compatible with, who is not ready for no relationship, not in love with you nor wanting to be in a relationship with you. This is why she is not returning any of your calls or responding to any of your text. Please try harder to leave this young girl alone. You have so much more important things you should be attending to than worrying about her. Just allow yourself some time to get over her. There is no magic pill you can take to rid your "feelings" of her. But you can pre-occupy your time and thoughts on something productive to keep yourself busy. In time, you will forget all about her and move on with your life. It's hard, but not impossible. |
Wow! So you want to end a 3 year relationship because she feels "loose"? She has all the other attributes you seek in a mate, but that. You are aware that women's "vaginas" are elastic and made to stretch and accomadate just about any manliness size right? As the prior poster mentioned, kegal exercises is man/woman's best friend if done regularly and properly. So who's to say you dump her and find another woman who is "tight" at first and she get's "loose". What then? You are going to find yourself go in a serious of circles my friend. Your problem you are experiencing with her is "cosmetic" and that is why your excuse is drawing up a serious red flag to everyone. What is the REAL reason why you want to end it? Be honest with yourself. If you no longer loved her, want to be a bachelor, not ready for a serious commitment or just finding out she is not what you want in a life long mate, then tell her. Please don't come at her telling her the reason why you are leaving her is because she is "loose". That's a very petty and pathetic excuse a person could ever say to someone they suppose to have loved or cared about. To thine ownself be true. |
omega25red:Good answer and I completely agree. But what bother's me the most is the word "affair"? Then we are to assume that this relationship is "taboo" or a "secret". Like omega25red said, it could be a number of reasons as to why he do not want her to know where he lives. I guess I don't understand as to why she didn't feel it was that earlier on to let HIM know where she lives but thought it was too early (when he suggested it) to know where He lives. As a woman, I'd rather know first where he lives than letting him know where I live. Only thing I could suggest is for your friend to ask Him why he won't let her visit his home? Because his reasoning now is suspicious and I would let him know that. Just for her own piece of mind. If he is still reluctant, then she has to decide if she want to continue on with this relationship. Frankly, after 3yrs I feel that they should've established a since of trust enough to know each other's living condition. Maybe he thinks once you find out where he staying that she may try to suggest living together and/or spending the nights over there. Again, we can only guess. |
I'm assuming you are serious about your girlfriend. Like freecocoa mentioned, you will definitely need to sit down and have a heart to heart talk with them. Let them know how you truly feel about this woman. If you truly feel in your heart that she is the one, I say stay with her. Again, this is YOUR life! Everyone has choices. If they can't respect your choice then, that's on them. I'm sure they have done things in their life that "others" didn't approve of. As long as you go to them respectfully, hear them out and have a open mind and then express to them your true feelings and intentions you have for this lady. As loving and supporting parents (as they should be) they should respect your decision and let you live your life rather they agree with what you doing or not. The only person that will be held responsible for your decision is you and her. Not your parents. At some point in our lives, we all are going to do or say something our parents or love one's don't agree with or approve of. But they should not love you any less or try to push their way of life/decisions on you. You just pray for them and move on. So if it don't work out between you and your woman, God forbid, then at least you can't blame anyone else for your mistake. You live and learn and move on. I would suggest that they at least take the time to get to know her first before they judge her and write her off. I know all they want is the best for you, but they have to realize that you ARE an adult and make your own decision(s) about your future. What boils down now at this point is how important your woman is to you. Be sure of your feelings first. If you decide your woman is that important and you see yourself in a long term relationship, then this something you want to tackle NOW before you go any further. |
Men are human creatures, right? Why wouldn't they cry? At some point in their life, they will cry. Heck, you are born into this life crying. Even Jesus wept and we are made in the image of Him. Now if you want to be specific about it saying, do men cry over their "relationships" is a different story. Some men do, some don't. My fiance likes to say, he is very macho, but I've seen him cry. I love a man that is in touch with his emotions and isn't afraid to show them sometimes. That means he loves and trust me enough to show him true self in my presence. So that's a awesome feeling to livedit. |
Frankly, I don't think you can possibly love someone and not respect them. Love have so many meanings and the boundaries is endless. With that being said, you can't possibly say: "I love you," but don't respect that person. Love is action word. Love is kind, truthful, unselfish, trusting, believing, forgiving, hopeful, enduring, long suffering, it is not rude, angry, jealous etc. God is love. This description alone shows you that if you truly love someone and it don't have to necessarily be romantically, that respect goes hand and hand with it. The bible says that you should love your neighbor as you love yourself. So assuming you love yourself, you would respect yourself, therefore showing respect to all those around you. So if you don't love and respect yourself unconditionally, you can't possibly love and respect someone else. It's as simple as that. You treat people accordingly as you feel about yourself. That's just the way it is and always will be. It's in the word. |
What you are feeling is all apart of growing up. We all have been there and most of us understand how you feel. People will always think what they want to think about you. So it should not matter if you have a "boyfriend" or not. I'm not too big on trying to "fit in". You do what you feel right is for you. If you "feel" that you are ready and mature enough to be in a relationship, then I say go for it. You sound like you have a good head on your shoulder so you will know when a guy come at you just trying to spit "game". You truly need to get out and enjoy life, enjoy being a teenager. Because you are only a teenager once in your life so why not take the time to enjoy it. I'm sure many of the people who IS looking at you sideways can't believe that someone at your age haven't fell prey into the "game" like they did. Like you said, I know it can feel awkward sometimes and you may get a little uncomfortable seeing those people all coupled up. Alot of times, when you see people like that all coupled up it's for "show" just to say hey, I got a man/girl! Being in a relationship as someone mentioned takes a whole lot of patience and understanding. As the other's mentioned, once you commit yourself into this "relationship" it's only natural sooner or later, your relationship will want to escalate. That's just the way it is and how man's body was made. Then at that time, you make the choice rather or not you are ready to take it to that next "level". Other than that, just get out and enjoy yourself. Go to the movies with friends, to the beach, to the mall and you never know. You can meet your new "friend" just by doing that. Point is, just let it happen naturally. What's the rush is all I'm saying. Try to forget all about what "other" people have or doing. You are given one life and you are the one that has to live it. You do what makes Atreides happy. Not what make "other" people happy. Because they can careless if you are happy or not. So if YOU feel deep down in YOUR heart, you are ready, then go for it. You can pray and ask God to send you a "nice" friend to have and take it day by day and live your life. |
livedit (f)<<<<<< fat & shexxxxy ((mwwwaaah))
Mr. Cork, Mr. Cork, Mr. Cork, you are cracking me up! I think you are so hilarious! I can't even hardly see my computer screen right now because I'm laughing at you. Yes, livedit is a big woman, but currently losing the weight. The only validation I need for my sexinism (lol) is from my soon to be hubby. As long as he is happy and satisfied, that's all that matters to me. Livedit is sexy while she is big and will be even sexier when she's small. My "game" will always remain tight big or small. |
So the "pedifiler" is going around abusing young teenage girls? The girl (because that's what she STILL is) is a teenager. Where are her parents?? Why is this GROWN man messing around with this young teenage girl? She is NOT a woman. He need to be locked up! Forreal! Wew!! Livedit is NOT a force to be wreckoned with! He do not have no right putting his hands on her or anybody for that matter. Can someone call the cops on that guy? He need to have his butt thrown under the jail! ![]() Now far as this little girl having murdering 4 children, what in the heck is going on? Why she has no one trying to teach her and discipline her that what she is doing is wrong! She needs to have her butt in school getting a education and quit running around here like chicken with his head cut off sleeping around. Unless this is being done against her will, somebody needs to step in and teach this young girl about her body. This girl need some serious prayer. This day in age, these young girls are trying to grow up way too fast when they are not ready, smart nor mature enough to be trying to live as if they are an adult. And then I can't believe this young girl don't have any responsible mature adult to mentor her and guide her down a right path so she could build a better future for herself. This girl is headed for an early grave and it's so sad that no one will care enough to step in to help her. |
To my boyfriend, no. My husband, yes! What would be the purpose in giving my "boyfriend" my banking information? Why do he need to know all of that? If he needs, "help", then if I have it, I'll give it to him. Just because you are "dating" someone, you do not necessarily need to share everything about yourself. It's not because I don't "trust" him, but because somethings should remain only my business until or if we get married and vice versa. Leave some kind of mystery to yourself. I won't respect him any less if he didn't give me his pin number/password. |
Oh brother! Not another one of these threads. Please people, let's not get into a debate about who likes this or that. If it hasn't been said once or said a million times, different strokes for different folks. Each and every one of you is entitled to your opinion. Each of you have a choice of whom and what you like. You can not speak for every human being walking this earth. I'm assuming every body know what's unhealthy and what's healthy. You don't have to go on and on discriminating against fat, thin, big, dark, light, short, tall, k-leg, bow-leg, no leg, toothless, small bosom, big bosoms, race, smoker, broke, rich, homeless, poor, intelligent, dumb, evil, bad, good, non-smoker, alcoholic, non alcoholic, wild, crazy, promiscuous, virgins, religion, big butts, no butts, glasses and no glasses we've all heard it all before. YOU LIKE WHAT YOU LIKE. For all those who like or dislike any of the above I mentioned, that's YOUR choice. Don't hate or low rate people who's taste is not the same as yours. Be thankful that you lived another day to even see a "big" person walking around. You could've woke up in hell. Then what? Why not say something positive for once about somebody. It's sad that people find it easy to say something nonproductive and bad about something than say something good that maybe would want them to work on their weight or problems they have. For all those that don't know, you hatin and talking about how you dislike obese, fat, skinny whatever, is NOT going to make that person do anything about it. No matter how much you complain about it. Instead, it may make things even worse. If you don't like looking at big people walking/sitting down, for God's sake, turn your head in another direction and keep on stepping! Capish! |
Hello all! You know how livedit do with her biographies responses. However, I will "try" and keep this short, sweet and to the point. I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a joyous and prosperous New Year. I pray all those who have went through some rough times in 2010 that you will be victorious in 2011 and every else I wish continued blessings on your life. I think each and every one of you are unique and just makes my day with your comments/posts. I don't think I ever remember being entertained like this. You all are hilarious. Anyway's, joy to all and be blessed! ![]() |
I feel you D-sense. Well, that's very thoughtful of you to try and help him. I don't know what to say at this point other than praying for him. |
kokoye:A point well made kokoye. I'm not ashamed to admit that I use to be one of those always trying to help and lend a helping hand and then wonder why I was getting stressed out and upset. I realized that some people WILL take your kindness for weakness and KEEP coming back to you. Word from the wise my people! |
What is this world coming too? "No relationship if you don't buy me a Blackberry"? Gee-whiz people! Please get a real life. It's more important things in life than a Blackberry. Besides, I hear those are played. |
MRBrownJ:(agreed, I would let them know to. Like I said, it's not always what you say, but how you say it. Some people you have to be blunt, but even still say it with tact instead of coming off looking like the a-hole is all I'm saying) |
but some other women actually lie about it and that is the main problem. i don't think any man actually expect women older than 18 to be virgins. but once a girl opens her mouth and claims she's one then the man expects her to be true to her words. anything otherwise is deception and this is why men get anal about it. if the chic in question have told this guy the truth from the onset, he wouldn't be expecting miracles, would he? when women stop lying about it, men will stop being judgmental.
I agree and completely understand what you saying. But like I said, that all date back to that particular woman. You are right, women (those who do ) lie about being a "virgin" shouldn't be saying it because in the end, they will end up looking like a liar and no longer respected. But it goes both ways. You can't blame all that on women though. Because there are men who do claim that all they want IS a virgin. (less the other qualities) Therefore, when they run across a woman and he asks her about her "sexual history" depending upon what kind of morals and values she has and her feelings for the guy in some cases, she will lie to win the guy over. I'm not saying that is right. I think ALL people need to be real to themselves and realistic. People are going to hold you to word when you tell them something like that. Then wonder why the guy loses interest and/or act "anal" about it. Like I said, it's sad this society puts so much pressure on men AND women to be "perfect" to be that barbie doll and Ken doll. A lie is a lie. There are immature women who will lie about their "virginity" but what is it to say about the men who put all their "manliness" in the size of their "hot dog"? What kind of car he drives? How much he makes? What's the point about lying about that? To get the lady? Sooner or later, she gonna find out the true size and what you really driving, make or have. The point is, until one has accepted yourself as is, I wouldn't expect anyone else to respect you either. |
MRbrownJAY:Pardon me Mr.BrownJay but what's wrong with telling someone that you are not my type. Isn't that what you feel and saying anyway when you are "rejecting" them?? I believe in getting right to the point and tell someone so that they are not left wondering what it is. Now, if after you TELL them that you are not interested and they are persistant, then you can kindly elaborate WHY you are not interested. You are right to a point. Some people you have to be "blunt" with. Those are the ones who is walking around as you say "smelling" and don't care. But I feel, out of RESPECT and integrity, what's the point of telling x: "you are a fat, ugly smelling, bad breath, bow-legged, cross-eyed loser" and not worth a hill of beans that's why I don't want you? It takes ALOT of guts and courage to ask someone out. Yes, rejection is apart of life. But just to be cruel. There ain't no excuse for that no matter how you slice it. |
why do women lie about it if it isn't such a big deal?
I've never lied about being a virgin. What's the point anyway? I mean, if you plan on getting down or whatever, then if you are one, you won't be anymore. But maybe some women lie about it to appear "innocent" and more appealing to men or think they would be a better catch. Maybe it's because of religious beliefs that one must be married before engaging in a sexual act, therefore if they did "slip" they are trying to cover up so that they don't look like a hypocrite, slut or a heathen. It could be many reasons. I think women who feel they have to "lie" about it are either immature, maybe ashamed and/or afraid to take responsibilities for their actions because of what people would think about them or of their image for their prior actions. I think it's silly! What you see is what you get. I mean, if a man can't accept me how I am, then he can keep it moving then. I don't care what he say or she say about me. Nobody is perfect. I've accepted what I did, forgave myself and moved on. Once "it's" gone there is no way for you to ever get it back. So why lie to people or stress yourself out about it. It's over with, end of the story. |
iyatrustee:I would hope it would be Dial is the soap that kills the most bacteria. That is why it's always a good idea to carry around some antibacterial hand sanitizer. They say the mouth and hands are the dirties parts on the body. |
Elpieda:Amen! |
>>otokx (m) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some Nigerians like to quote the bible out of context; its not good for man to be alone they say and i reply em - did Jesus marry? What about Paul? Everything comes with its uses. << No, Jesus did not marry. Everybody on this earth is here to serve a purpose. Jesus purpose was for salvation. To lay down his life so that we would be forgiving of our sins. We are all born in sin and the only way to get to heaven and to the father is through Christ Jesus. The only way people can get healing is through the blood of Jesus that he shed on the cross. Jesus came so that we may have life and have it more abundantly just to name a few. Jesus did not come to reproduce. That is what MAN was made for. To live and worship for Christ. Now, you are correct in not every man and woman will or meant to get married. However, in God's commandments, he specifically said that thou shalt not fornicate, thou shalt not commit adultry. If you are going to have "relations" then YOU need to be married point blank. Amen |
The fact that livedit laughs at just about anything. I could be mad as heck, but someone say or do something funny, I'll break out laughing. My nickname around the office is "Giggles". ![]() Plus my family think livedit is weird anyway. I'm not afraid to step out and take chance. To try something at least once. I look "sweet and innocent" on the outside, but you cross me or rub me the wrong way that "sweet and innocent" goes straight out the window when you least expect it to. ![]() |
Everyone IS entitled to their own preference or qualities in what they are seeking in a partner. You have every right. I just think if there is a quality you don't like in a person, you don't have to voice it by being mean, disrespectful and rude about it. There is a polite/kind way to tell someone you are not interested such as saying: "I'm flatter, but unfortunately, you are not my type or I don't think we would be a good match". Being rejected is hurtful thing to anyone, but that's a part of life. You dust it off, and find someone who would be a good match for you. It's just a sad thing that society got this set image on what's beautiful and what's not. Black people and other races who haven't accepted themselves are running around bleaching their skin, poisoning their body, getting plastic surgery, starving themselves, discrimating against their own race etc. to create this "image" just to fit in. That's a dog-on shame. But I digress. Bottom line, you like what you like and you don't like what you don't like. But be respectful about it is all I'm saying. There is always a polite way to get your point across without tearing somebodies spirit down. |
The only one who could answer that question is God and her, if she told the truth. If she was a "virgin" then it puzzles me to as to why she has not gone to GYN for her yearly "physical". That's neither here nor there. But quite frankly what does it really matter if she was a virgin or not. I don't know why some men makes such a big deal out of it. I would think the real issue would be why she was running around lying and making you look like the bad guy. I would be more concern with my reputation to rather or not I was the "first". It's possible you could've been her "first" . Once you penetrate her and that "tissue" is broken, there maybe some bleeding then. Then if she is not fully "excited" and well lubricated, that will cause friction and possible some small tears in her womanliness walls making it more tighter and painful. Then too, she could've been nervous and tense causing the muscles down there to tense up making it difficult to penetrate her. Speaking from experience, my first "examine" broke my tissue. Therefore years later once I lost my virginity, I didn't bleed nor was it any problems for him to penetrate me. So I wouldn't rely on your theory. It's always a possibility somebody else could've hit it before you two hooked up again, then it may not. At this point, if you two don't plan on getting back together again. I think you should just forget about her and move on with your life. Why stress yourself out thinking about something as petty and un-important as this. Just a waste of brain cells if you ask me. What's done is done. At least you know NOW that she is NOT a virgin. So case closed. |
