If new compelling evidence crops up against him, Saraki WILL be arrested. There is no court anywhere in the world that can shield a criminal where the evidence is compelling.

Even more interestingly, you can also be discharged and acquitted of a crime if new evidence surfaces that you are innocent or you were mis-trialled.

This judgement is also challengeable at a court of appeal by Nigeria Police if they have prima facie case of empowering armed robbers with arms or money used to buy arms.

The PARTY OWNS THE MANDATE.

This was the principle that made Amechi the Governor of Rivers. He did not even contest because his party dropped him at the primaries stage, PDP later won the elections with Omehia but courts of proper jurisdictions removed Omehia and put Amechi. This was because of the principle that voters voted for PDP abd the wrong perdon carried it. So since the right perdon who should have won for PDP was Amechi, he became the Governor...without contesting.

This principle will REMOVE Saraki or make the Senate un-sittable until after the elections because I don't see anyway A PC guys will accept the rubbish. There will be NO sitting in that house.

Aerial refueling? na Canada we wan strike? lol. On a serious note even our Chinese F7s can strike any part of Chad, Cameroon,Niger etc from any base in Adamawa or Borno. Note the F7 NI has a range of about 800km.
As for mid air refueling I laff again, na for enemy territory you wan refuel. Ask any combat pilot, once he is in an enemy air space, the only thing on his mind is to hit his target and return home while watching out for enemy interceptor/missile simultaneously. An aircraft carrier would have made more sense, but which water we wan station the carrier and most importantly which money we wan take buy am, when to buy aircraft na wahala.

I partially agree. The whole premise of mid air refuelling though is that it is done over the sea or lightly contested airspace. There is no air force contesting where we are going to need it anywhere in Africa except the French Airforce in some places. Remember we once had an air force Alpha Jet drop out of sky on Malian ops.
