Good day to you all, I'm on the verge of buying a house for a close family, I bare the responsibility of making payment and verifying that the property is genuine because I'm the one that introduced him to the agent.

I'm trying to be careful because of some clauses that involves the originality of the seller. Mr. A built the house from the ground, lived in it for like seven months then relocated abroad, he appointed a representative ( I think his brother) to sell the property, Mr. B ( also from abroad ) contacted a company to buy the property on his behalf, the property was inspected buy consultant C ( A company ), payment was made and the house was taken over by consultant C but Mr B never occupied the said house since Inception of the purchase, after 15 months of procurement Mr B decided to sell the property through same consultant C.

The neighbour can't ascertain the relationship between Mr A and consultant C , but Mr A has been informed by a neighbour about the presence of consultant C in the house and he confirmed that the house has been sold off . Consultant C do visit the house periodically but the house remains under lock.

The problem now is that consultant C want me to pay directly to him, refusing to give me Mr B. phone number for verification, sighting that the consent letter given to him by Mr B is enough proof. I suspect he's hiding the real price from the owner but I don't want to go ahead without verifying the identity of Mr B ( the current seller). The intending buyer is so in love with the house and cant wait to make payment but I'm hellbent of hearing from Mr B

I finally got the much-awaited salary alert early this morning, I have been very broke with bills choking me left, right, and center. I heaved a sigh of relief as I proceeded to check the message, ah finally I will get a breather at least for a couple of weeks, or so I thought.

My smiling face soon turned into a frown as I stared at the credit alert. I just received 20k instead of 70k, I developed a migraine immediately. I quickly chatted up my boss to complain and he nonchalantly told me there was no money for now so I should make do with the one he sent. Omo Nigeria come dey me like Ghana.

I took out a pen and paper and started writing out the most pressing bills:
I needed to pick up my laptop from the technician and that alone would cost 10k. I work from home so I need the laptop.
A friend of mine sold his television to me some months back because he got a bigger one, I wasn't interested in buying the TV because wetin I no fit afford no dey hungry me but he insisted I should keep it and pay him whenever I am ready. Toh...i kuku carry television dey use. Now he has been on my neck to pay, I promised to give him at least 10k part payment if I receive my salary, I don even tell am make he past aza...hehehe.
There is nothing at home even a cube of maggi and gas is finished so I need to restock the kitchen.
Since I work on a part-time basis as a web designer and the job is not stable, I already saw it coming so I already made plans to design a blog and a portfolio website so that I start blogging which will probably start bringing income in maybe few months time. I already estimated 15k for both domain and hosting.

Light bill has been waiting including other small debts hanging around. Now all I had on me was just 20k so I had to devise a way to increase the money somehow at least to take care of 50% of my bills. I thought long and hard and came up with a plan.

I remembered that I have an old sporty bet account that I created some time ago but didn't use, I dusted it and got ready for my money-doubling journey. Hehehe I don't like gambling but it looked like the last resort in this case. It was a 50:50 chance, either I win or I lose though I sincerely wished for the former.

I first of all repaid the 2k I was owing my network provider then recharged another 1k so I could get data, I was left with 17k. I transferred 2k to the bet app and staked on 2 games with a potential win of 5k. I exited the app and got busy with other stuff only the check the game later and discovered that I lost the bet. A team with a 90% probability of winning conceded a penalty in the 7th minute and could only managed to draw the match after over 15 shots on target. Omo I enter into panic mode, I had just 15k left and I never even chop, what do I do? Do I chase or cut my loss?

After much deliberation and brainstorming, I decided to go all in, all die na die, if I perish I perish. If Easter a woman can have such faith why can't me a whole man do the same. Okay naa there was only one way to find out. I funded another 5k in the betting account, this time I staked on live games playing 1:1 in the 81st minute to draw. I kept refreshing the app with my heart racing, 90+ and this game no gree finish ahhhh. 93+ I refreshed and saw 1:2, Jesus oooo a scream escaped my lips 😂😂 I kept muttering Jesus, Jesus, Jesus...why why why. I quickly checked two different live scores to be sure it wasn't a nistake, my eyes 👀 were blinking 15 times per second, I couldn't believe what I just witnessed.

Luckily for my the second game entered but I won just 2900, I cut my losses and hurriedly sent it to my bank account and deleted the app immediately, apparently sports betting is not for me at all. I rushed to a nearby POS and withdrew the remaining money before I am tempted to try again. On my way back home my younger sister called and billed me 4k and it was for something very urgent, I told her I could only afford 2k which I sent to her.

I proceeded to nearby restaurant to eat and returned home with 10k without the faintest idea on how to use it. I already decided to tell my friend to come and carry his TV, after all it's been for fancy since my sub finished weeks back. This is going to be a really long month.

Met this girl online last year January, after exchanging numbers we started vibing and the whole talking stage thing. Started dating a month later . Things were so good thought I have found myself a lovely soul. She was good but much more concerned about aesthetics, snap for the glam , do some weird things for Twitter likes. To give further answers to your questions;
Yes she was groomed in a morally inclined, home as we met and fell in love in church. She graduated from one of those church private university in Nigeria. She is modest to say the least and I TREAT HER AS AN EQUAL and respect/give room to her views/opinions cos my mother trained her boy even though she wasn't rich. I ain't a religious guy since i hardly go to church but i have a good standing with my creator in prayer and supplication.
My just fear is the cultural evolution over there knowing fully well it does not favor men. I only wanted to be on a safer option perhaps else i am considering prenup!

I've been married for four years now, and it seems my wife has become a stranger.

We've been having issues from the first year, mostly on different styles of life.
I am a guy who loves managing resources and very focused on achievements because I was born with a silver spoon but lost it due to the death of my father, I never wanted to experience the same thing as I did when he died.
She on the other hand is comfortable and okay with what she has, not too bothered about achievements.

I've been calling for management of resources for a while but she's the type that grew up in a very comfortable home and knows not how to manage resources.

Another issue on my part is that, she does not really care about how she looks and that's one of the things I care about.

I lost, or should I say resigned from my first job due to pressure and things became hard. I had to sell some of my landed properties so we could survive.

I got another Job and in six months, I made millions. We lived well until I wanted to chase my passion in banking again.

Got back into banking and to cut the story short, I met one lady where I was sent to. I loved her. I wish I had met her first honestly. In a year, she showed me a lot in the kind of woman I wanted. Then I lost my job again, this time because I wanted to go for youth service.

I got back home and I told my wife the game plan. I bought foodstuffs for at least two months and went for camp. In less than a week, my mother called me and was angry why I left my wife and two kids hungry. I exeated camp immediately and came back home. After investigating, I found out she sent the food to her mother who is an associate professor, without telling me and while she knows out conditions.

I got so angry. I wanted her out.
I considered things because my second child which she had by force is just 5months. She had the baby because she stopped taking contraceptives because of advice from people that if she has a male child for me, I'll stay.
After much, she can't leave, because who will take care of the boy?

I have been diagnosed with staphylococcus aureus for the second time,
This is making it the second time I have been diagnosed with staph,the first time I took the injection that was sensitive to the infection but it didn't work,I even took herbal drug it didn't work.

I am still wondering how I got this infection cos I'm still a virgin, people say the infection is contacted through sex.

Guys please help me out, should I take the drugs recommended in the lab results??I am having a feeling it won't work cos the previous one didn't work.
Please anyone with a solution should come to my aid.

Good evening guys. All I am about to say right now is true and based on what is currently happening in my life. I am a vibrant 28years old guy, completed school, has worked good jobs over the years, spent some couple of years abroad also.

However, something seems to be killing me deeply which is BETTING. I started since the inception of bet9ja and have grown over the years to become a staunch addict. I am so addicted to the extent I constantly used my salaries and even went to the extent of taken several loans to play bet. I try to balance between my salaries and the debt I owe.

I left Nigeria and travelled abroad, all through my stay abroad I could not save a dime due to betting even as I was earning a very cool salary. Recently I came back to Nigeria and I arrived to stay at my parents place for like 2 months and you know what, I came back with barely nothing . I have now taken my addiction to an extent of even taking money from my mum and sister's bank account to fund my betting lifestyle only for me to lose all this money with no means to refund them back.

. Tonight my mum called me to talk about the money and I truly felt so bad, we all know how sharp the words of African mum can be. I don't know what to do anymore, maybe I am being possessed or I am having a spiritual attacks I can't really say. I just can't get it straight anymore.


Honestly, I have been feeling depressed and having mood swings recently to the extent of even contemplating suicide but I am trying to stay strong. Instead of committing suicide I am planning to leave the house without notice and move on with my life somewhere else. I have failed my Family woefully .
