Properties › Re: Can I Be Forced To Sell My Inheritance? by zed7: 9:36am On Jan 08, 2020
Parents should sell their properties when getting old, put the money in trust for each of their kids. This helps to eliminate bad blood between siblings fighting over properties.

Why are you complaining then? Seems the household is full of stubborn and unruly people. Probably inherited. You can't give what you don't have.

The rationale is that beggars are helpless while those hustling have a means of livelihood, hence they are better off.
I see where you are coming from though, I think if the more privileged can help the less privileged, life would be better.

The guy is tired, maybe you nag or are clingy. It's safe to say that at this stage, you're dating yourself.

However, you should know whom you are dating by now, he may like to keep to himself or he is fighting some personal battles and he needs space, either you cope with him like that or you walk.
Romance › Re: Sex Is Never Enough by zed7: 8:06am On Jan 07, 2020
What happened to a lady being productive, well mannered, informed etc just for her own sake. Women should be the best version of themselves for themselves not because they want a man's approval.
Just be yourself because even the dense and wayward girls are still being chased around by men.
Romance › Re: Amaka Preaches Against Premarital Sex On Twitter by zed7: 7:27am On Jan 07, 2020
Typical of our youths, always finding pleasure in the mundane whilst the leaders eat up their future.
Romance › Re: Guys, avoid Women To Prosper by zed7:
Most guys are like kids who want a flashy toy. Loads of easy going, responsible girls out there but guys prefer the flashy girls.
If guys were only dating the so called good girls, I'm sure the slay queens will fall back into line.

It's all demand and supply. Men started demanding for flashy girls in the late 90's early 2000's, with the advent of foreign music channels. Most girls who were average looking had to step up to be chosen. They had to bleach, wear skimpy outfits and outlandish makeup to look thr part.

The 419 era also made it easy for young guys to have access to cheap money, so it was no big deal spending crazy amount on a girl just to get to her pants. My brothers, na Nigerian men make Nigerian women to be what they are today.

When it comes to women, the ball is in the court of men. What we demand is what we will get. If we all go back to demanding the good girls, many of these flashy slay queens will revert back to factory settings.

After spoiling our girls, we now want to abandon them for team foreign girls. Let the process of reform start now.

Please how true is this info
Disregard. This guy is spreading lies everywhere. I don't understand how someone comes online talking absolute nonsense.
Business › Re: Can I Open A Bank Account With An Expired International Passport? by zed7: 9:28am On Jan 02, 2020
TUANKU:
Not true. Your passport number does not change during renewal, it's permanent. Even your data page won't change during renewal, except you specifically apply for a change to your profile details which attracts extra charges.
The account they opened for me is not restricted, the aim of the data page is for identification and your passport number id you.
Spreading falsehood with so much confidence. Your passport number changes and you are recaptured. Except the process is different from countries outside Nigeria.

BC is not for everyone...side effects.
A good condom doesn't have side effects
That's the excuse women give. Work with your healthcare practitioner to find one without side effects.
If you are married, you should know that condom as a means of family planning is unreliable. A married couple can choose to have sex anywhere and anytime without prior planning.
You could get carried away in the kitchen and not have time to go to the bedroom to get condoms.

That is why I don't take anyone serious who talks about child limitation or family planning as it were because these people are so myopic that they forget God gives and take.
You are planning life and you forget anything, anytime can happen under the will of the one who created life

Do you remember the woman whose Children were lost in the Sosoliso air clash in 2003 (I guess).
She was weeping so badly that she said if there was any way she could have babies again.
Imagine a woman with three kids in one the best schools in Abuja oh.

This is why I don't personally give a damn about whether economy is bad or good.
Have as much children you and be responsible for them.
And we forget that not everyone will be a graduate. Some will be good drivers, good businessmen and some will be good farmers.
And you don't know which will benefit you or forsake you.
Just be a good,caring father that's all

People should stop basing every success in life on education.
Dangote and Adenuga are not the most schooled yet they are making waves.
Even the late Alhaji Inu Umoru from Edo state the Co owner of Setraco construction company was not a graduate.

Life is so complex for one to see it from one lenses.

I know of many people who struggled initially with many children, but he was responsible and made sure they all did something with their lives and today this parents are being inundated with allsoet of gift everytime to the extent they now give out these goodies.
I don't see any sense here. So because life is uncertain you shouldn't plan. We should all squander our resources because we can die tomorrow.

Planning is what every sensible adult should do. It doesn't matter if life changes our plans or not. You can have 20 children and they'll all die same day through an accident.
The crux of this discussion is ability to give the best to the kids you have. Anyway, some of the people talking grew up in the ghetto so they wouldn't understand the concept of giving kids a good life. You can't give what you don't have.

Right, condom is cheap but African man say he wants to feel the skin.
You can feel the skin and not bring forth children. Implant, IUD etc dey there. People are just silly.

@bolded. Sadly they're the ones that procreate the most. The upper class people can afford to go on date nights, vacations or spend their leisure time doing a variety of fun things. The poor ones on the other hand can't afford that kind of luxury, the only thing they can do during their leisure time is to screw themselves behind closed doors thereby getting pregnant over and over again. It upsets me so much seeing people who can hardly cater for the kids they already have getting pregnant again. It's so unfair bringing kids into that kind of uncertainty, very few of them scale through. The people in government should be looking into population control but they won't since the large population especially amongst the poor masses favours them
Screwing for leisure is no crime. A lot of rich people do so also. What we should be wondering is why they don't do family planning.
Family planning is cheap and even free in some clinics. It still baffles me how people don't understand that they don't have to have kids just because they are having sex.
Family › Re: How Do Average Nigerian Couples Have More Than 2 Children? by zed7:
The reason is that most people are satisfied with the basics. Take them to school, give them food, throw clothing on them and that's that.
Not many care about their kids going to music classes, art classes, learning specialized trade and IT in addition to their education.
Most don't believe in planning to send their kids to ivy league schools to increase their chances in the world.
Most don't care about the kids learning and gaining exposure through holiday vacations outside their country.
A lot don't believe in bonding with their kids, all they care about is they have kids.
Anyway, give birth to a whole nation if you want, just don't bother the next man with your problems.

Guy, stay your own na. Go to sexuality section, you'll meet an interested person there.
I don't know why you're quoting me. You want to test if I'm bragging or not, attempt this in real life not online.

Nice story, just the type Nigerians like, full of drama and mystic. However, I think it's cock and bull. A figment of the writers imagination.
We can discourage cheating in many other ways, not necessarily by telling fantastic tales. That's my own advice to the OP.

Romance › Re: How I Was Dumped By My First Love by zed7: 1:30am On Dec 27, 2019
What do you have to offer? Love is not enough. Women want security and she knows the abroad guy can provide that. Never talk of marriage without ensuring you are financially stable first. I repeat, love is never enough. Enjoy the sex if that's what you want or look for another woman if you crave a relationship.

Not all that glitters is gold. I've had similar experience, some eventually ended up very broke while a few still remain rich till date. However, what matters is what you can achieve yourself. You need to work hard, millions are making it legitimately in the world.
Another man's weath should not be your business because at the end of the day, nobody's wealth is coming to you. You only eat what you earned.

Surely these stories guys narrate here can't be true. Who exactly are these effeminate men? You are being abused emotionally and even physically and you are still asking what to do?
Please take her to the registry immediately. Get married to her, since you're both in love.
