This means anyone who did not use the form as provided by the organization to send in their job application, has not applied for a job.

IF the organization does not list their own openings on their site, then make sure multiple job boards are showing you the same e-mail address to send your application to, that way you are sure you are sending it to the correct platform.

In some few cases too, the job sites like Jobberman could be serving as a recruiter for the organization, hence you can only apply for the job through them.

What matters is that you do your homework well, before sending that precious application you have invested time in composing by putting together your CV and cover letter.

Here you are trying to sanitize a system. A system and your business, and corruption is fighting back when you fight it.

Abeg, we need more people like you in this country. Because in your own small way and space, you are trying to fix a faulty system.

However, from my experience women go to the extremes, problem is its rarely televised because its mostly behind closed doors like in this case within the four walls of a fenced compound and they have no problem pretending. There's a high probability this same woman has a facebook account that shares women equality and anti-child abuse posts. I had a step-mother. I am successful now but i can never forget. Many older women today regret not standing up for themselves on time. The earlier the issue is trashed out the better.
