The numbers are under reported because many are treating themselves at home believing it's malaria. People should stop the conspiracy theories and get vaccinated. Someone complained about having flu, malaria and typhoid. No tests done. Asked him if he's taken the jab. Answer was no. I said it could be Covid. He said the agbo taken should take care of it. Today, he has lost his sense of smell and taste. He's having a little difficulty breathing and finding it difficult to sleep because of headaches and severe joint pains. Now he knows it's Covid! Please let's help ourselves simply by turning up for the jab. May God protect us as we fo the needful. |
Really beautiful scenes. Well deserved too. May God rest his beautiful soul in perfect peace. |
Unverified news! |
myners007:There was nothing mysterious about her death. She had a surgery and died during the process unfortunately. |
emexodoms:If you plan to leave within 2 years, why don't you take the FMCG job to acquire useful experience? |
Disgraceful and most disheartening if true. Only a pro will go that far. @Op Thank God for being at work in your life. I pray that he provides someone really good for you soon. |
BIRS (Bandits IRS) taking charge slowly but steadily! |
FalseProphet1:How can you compare the reconstruction of Akoka -Bariga Road to what is shown in that picture? The terrain, the bridges, number of lanes and other factors make a huge difference in terms of requirements. |
Still blaming GEJ almost 7 years down the line. It was GEJ who invited the latter day bandits to town abi? He's also the one preventing the security agencies from dealing with them. SMH |
azpekuliar:David's grandad was a Senator. His dad and Dangote have been in business together long before Alhaji Isiaka went into politics. I remember their bank somewhere close to Eko Hotel many years ago. It seems Davido's dad prefers the quiet life. |
A great man who fought so hard against apartheid. May his soul rest in peace. |
I don't think this is absolutely true. It can't be that bad. |
Oluromantic:According to reports in other news, they knew each other before but lost contact for a while only to meet again at NYSC camp. |
Why is it free on the Lagos-Ibadan route and costly on the Kaduna Abuja route? Same directive, different implementation styles. |
Looks like news planted to put the blame on the man. If that is true, why did they try to settle the family as the brother said? Were we not told before that he paid into the ladies' account so they could have cash to buy fuel for the generator? |
Why don't the Hisbah ever flex their muscles on the rich? We see the weddings of the rich done with so much fanfare and with all that is considered haram all in place. Anyway, our new Miss Nigeria is beautiful and modest. She didn't expose herself. They should let her be. |
Ignorant fools! Where's the money made from their foolish ventures? All they've achieved is to cause pain to some unfortunate women. |
GEJ also brought in the bandits and kidnappers abi? |
Wondering why monarchs are being kidnapped and killed..... |
A lot can happen in 3 months. I pray that they find a solution soonest. |
PoliteActivist:I do understand that it's an entirely different world today. Parents have a lot to do especially in terms of guidance. Thanks for the link to update me more. May God deliver our youth from this evil. |
JaroMan:The full list was provided. |
@OP Visit the bank in person for clarification before you're asked to pay for a loan that you didn't take. If they insist that you opened the account gey a lawyer to write them. Make sure it's properly delivered and keep the documents in case a problem arises. |
DennisEche:Same thing all over the country actually. As seen in news reports this week, some have become cannibals, some, organ dealers, we have ritualists across board and there are those who kill for no reason other than to show that they can. Stop tribalism, most especially on criminal matters. We have battles to fight everywhere in our nation. ![]() |
Hausa:Yes she is. |
The guy who made the video without trying to save a soul should be found and counselled. We can't afford to have people among us, whose only interest is to be "popular" even at the cost of a life. May his troubled soul rest in peace. |
Very sad! |
If this story is entirely true, what I see is a wife who's not interested in building strong family ties. @OP Explain to your brother in writing but keep your distance henceforth. |
I don't understand this new craze of signing out with car parades. How can a child whose parents didn't buy a car for him and who has no legitimate job at hand, own a car? Anyway, some of us are old school analogue parents. ![]() |
Police have since denied the story. |
I'm impressed. Those in the rural areas also deserve good public schools. It will surely make a positive impact on their lives. Kudos to Gov. Sanwoolu on this one. |
In the past, the North had large polygamous homes with everyone living in harmony. The children grew up together inclusive of cousins, adopted children et al. All that is now tales by moonlight as the divorce rate appears to be high and we're seeing many abused kids mostly from broken homes. Unfortunately, most of their State governments are yet to adopt the Child Rights Act. The NGOs up North have a lot of work to do. |
