Girls these days develop faster than their age, due to food they eat, basically, they have been exposed to things that are not realy good for their ages

The problem with early periods is that it comes with early menopause

I have been battling insomnia
It started in December,I took estradiol pills until after 2 weeks that I had to take coffee, and I couldn’t sleep for 11 days , but I got my sleep

Fast forward to February this year ,I took the estradiol pills again , and I started having some feeling in my ear side , so I went to see a psychiatrist who prescribed a drug for me , I took a lot of anti depressant from February to august , my sleep had started declining too, so in august I took estradiol again ,and I went to complain to doctor of my sleep , and I was given neurotex forte and lost my sleep that night , went back to the doctor to tell him I couldn’t sleep the previous night, and he gave me nitrazepam for a week , after stopping it , I realized I couldn’t sleep again


I got sick , and couldn’t sleep since September 17, please I need help as I am dying, I am really scared, I have been to psychiatrist, no help with the sleeping pills I was given

Is it that you have psychiatric problems that makes you run to their doctor

Or you are into what is harder than drugs

I am still wondering why you lost all the sleep you need for your brain to relax

No one deserves to loose their mothers on earth tbh today just marks exactly five months my mother passed on to glory. Can’t stop just reminiscing moments with the Angel-Queen on earth since I woke up from bed past 2am . I believe she’s in a better place of course and so thankful to God I could call such a woman a mother although it was very short lived.

So i Moved into a new flat and everything has been going well except for one thing...... Cockroaches.... Tiny ones.
These evil creatures are everywhere.
Every night they appear from nowhere in their millions and no matter what I spray, the next night they are out again.
The scary thing now is that they come out in broad daylight these days.
The house is kept very clean, I've net all over the house and on the balconies.... No single mosquito can get in but I don't know how these Cockroaches enter.
Funny thing is I've never seen the big ones.

Please is there any remedy asides sniper and other aerosolised insecticides?

Good morning happy people of nairaland.

I will try to be brief as possible. During the lock down my elder brother was seriously ill, we all thought it normal malaria and typhoid but getting to the hospital he was diagnosed of kidney diseases at it last stage (CKD). We all brace up and gave him all the support needed during the stage from one dialysis section to another something thrice a week.

It became worse and no improvement at sight, I literally do all thing for him, from bathing to feeding and carry him around the hospital but he faith he will come out of it. During the process he used all of his life saving to the extend of collecting and seeking financial assistance from people because the doctor advice to undergo kidney transplants.

On 2 April 2021 we went from dialysis, nurses were complaining that I allow him to drink a lot of water because at that stage he have a daily water intake and also needed blood. He did the blood transfusion and the dialysis but he had a breathing issue, the nurse place him on breathing machine the oxygen got exhausted and he was normal.

We went home by 12am, on getting home we ask for water, I told him to wait because I can even hear noise of water around his thoracic cavity. He was having difficult I had to call one of his friend so that we can take him back to the hospital but he gave up the ghost and we bury him that the same day because that was his wish. Due to his name, I was confused and angry at myself and everyone that we lost him due to 5 million needed for the transplant.

Months later I was able to get over his death a bit and went back to school, wrote the exam and graduated with first class even though the examination I didn't prepared much due to what happened. It was just God hand at work ( It only a fool that say there is no God).

Now the problem is that I can't sleep and remember my brother death that I should have done more. His death is like 5 months from now but it still fresh in my memory recently. My brother play a vital role in my education from paying my fee and monthly allowance and advice. I was thinking of using drugs so that I can sleep at time but talk me out of it. Pls how can I re again myself and also am an introvert I don't have people to talk to and I hardly go out.

So sorry for all you have been through

sorry to disturb your peace but this has been going on in my mind for long and I really need suggestions on how to overcome it. I gave in to ire/anger and it's gradually taking the best part of me since I made a little discovery about my wife's past and how she lived her life while in the campus. I will try and make it as snappy as possible in order not to make you spend much of your time on my case.

Now, it goes this way, my wife came from a middle class family and she attended one of the best and prestigious higher institutions in the country, they're not too rich and they're not poor, infact, their family name can't be in the same sentence with poverty. She had everything she needed and lived her life to the fullest while in the campus, she flirted with and dated the best guys in the campus, she visited many night clubs and other exuberant and flamboyant life style that pertains to the campus.

Now on my own part, I attended one of the Colleges of Education that littered our country,
I did everything all by myself, I sponsored myself throughout my stay in the college, I did all manner of odd jobs to survive, sometimes, I would miss lectures due to lack of cash, no one to assist, all these limitations made me not to pay attention towards the opposite sex as I was busy struggling to survive and hoping unto God for a miracle.

Right now, all I am feeling is anger, ire, all I want now is vengeance knowing fully well that while I was suffering and struggling to survive, fasting without praying, carrying bricks and block from one floor to the other, jumping from one market to the other hawking my wares, that my wife was busy somewhere enjoying and partying away her future, right now, I want to have my revenge, I want to live those life that I wasn't opportune to live, I want to flirt and have fun with many ladies both young and old, I want to visit as many night clubs as possible now that money is flowing in, I careless about the consequences and how she may feel, these are exactly what I'm feeling now.
