So yesterday evening, I decided to head straight to our late Eze's palace, late Eze Sir I.O Kanu (Egwu-Ukwu II of Afaraukwu) to feed my eyes with first-hand information on the burial preparation of the late monarch & his wife, late Ugoeze Sally Nnenne Kanu which holds on Friday 14th February, 2020.

Initially, I was denied entry into his compound until I introduced myself. My dad, until his death, was a member of the late Eze's cabinet, that was enough to gain me entrance. I walked in & took some pictures & also observed how far the organizers have gone.

For now, I won't be sharing them here (for security reasons) as I was the only one snapping inside the compound. So far, everything is in order, no form of violence, no presence of any security force! I will keep you guys posted.

My dad died in 2016 and mom retired in 2018. It been tough but God has been faithful.

And the hubby has not given me my N20k since 2011. Although there was a time moms was ill the hubby took care of it which she claims ran into millions of naira. Hubby also borrowed kid brother with N200k for his project (fencing of his landed property just to secure it) , which we are all aware of and his been paying back gradually

She said that she borrowed her hubby the money to pay back in 8 months or less, they have a land worth 3m than can be converted to cash easily if we need money desperately. Hubby was supposed to pay back in a weeks time but disappointment here and there. She can't leave her hubby in trying times, that hubby has been more depressed with the delays and have High blood pressure issues.

Does that giver her the right to give hubby money without informing us?
Is hubby business more important than mom's health?
Why didn't they sell part of the land to use the money?
Why must it be family money?

Nigerians on social media are outraged following the release of a video showing a Nigerian father refusing medical assistance for his ailing daughter, Precious, just because his church, Jehovah's Witness, is against blood transfusion.


The video was shared by activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, who met with the parents in Sapele, Delta state.


Precious suffers from Hydrocephalus and might need blood transfusion if a surgery is carried out on her.

Her father in a chat with Harrison, said he is not opposed to medical help for his daughter but what he will never consent to is for a blood transfusion to be done on his 1 year and 7 months old daughter.
