Your budget should be around 5 million from start to finish, thst us if you are doing everything without taking break, that's why I said anytime you save up to 200000 take it there

But make sure you must have bought sand, cement, granite on ground
As for water, you can pay your neighbours to supply water to you through horst

The only reason i need my certificate is for NYsc and my plans traveling out of the country and not because I’m using it to get employment. My future is not Slim, but very bright thank you. Keep certificate aside, I’m more business oriented than having to go be a slave to anyone in the name of working...currently what I make in two weeks is more than some people’s salary in the bank and some companies monthly. so pls don’t go about dictating people’s future Becos of a class of degree. That’s a shallow mindset

I had this girlfriend sometime ago. Then three months AGo we broke up because she complained about me not giving her enough attention. My wingman told me not to fall all over her like a puppy always at her beck and call but I guess I kinda overdid it and because of this she disgraced me publicly once so this triggered our breakup.
Now we are both talking to each other again and she told me that she would like our relationship back.Should I accept or not??

There's this pretty girl around where I work, she's been looking at me every time she sees me so I decided 3 days ago to go talk to her and get her number.

I urgently need advice to rescue my elder sister from the torture that she is receiving from her husband.

My elder sister is still young. She is 24. She is just 1 year older than me. Growing up, we have always watched each other backs. She got married about 2-3 years ago. The man is in his late 30s. Almost 40 years. She now lives in Port Harcourt with the husband. I had an interview in PH this week and my sister asked me to stay with them. I arrived on Wednesday. Everywhere was peaceful. Or so it seemed. I slept on Wednesday, woke on Thursday morning. That morning, the man was walking up and down with only white pant as if he did not know that there was a visitor in the house. The thing in his pant was like they put 4 fufu inside the pant. The thing was just excess. I ignored the man's stupidity and went for my interview. I came back in the evening and my sister and her 2 years old son were home. The husband did not come back till 9pm. When he came to greet me, he had alcohol all over his breath.

Later that night, I was awoken by screaming. I quickly got out from my room. My sister was screaming ah ah ah ah uh uh uh ah ah ah uhhhhh ahhhhh. The man was just fxcking her anyhow. Their door was locked. I went back to my room. I could not sleep. The screaming continued for almost 1 hour. When everywhere became quite I tried to sleep but sleep did not come until about 4am.

After sleeping for a short time, I was awoken again by another round of screams. I checked my time. It was around 5.30am. My sister was screaming again. She screamed till about 6am. I was angry. I felt sorry for her. I said I will talk to her once she comes out from the room and check her face for bruises.

When she came out later, I saw her in the kitchen, she was just laughing and playing like mumu. I asked her if she's fine, she said yes. I kept quiet so as not to rush into hasty conclusion.

Last night again was worse. I was hearing kpa kpa kpa kpa, the stupid guy was slamming her and she was going ah ah ah uh uh uh like 3 times last night.

I am leaving today. I have made up my mind that I will talk to our family about it. She needs help. She needs to be rescued from the torture she is facing almost daily.

Anyone with mature advice on how to rescue my sister can guide me. I am open to suggestions. Thanks

I bought a double plot of land which I don't intend starting building on just at the moment (I am low in cash even though my monthly income is over 350k).
Instead, I intent building just a room and parlour (self con) in a different small plot of land I own so I could marry in it. Please let me know like a rough cost of how much it will cost me. Note, the land there is very good for building, if possible u could attach a pictures for me.

20tones of sand,
5tones of granite
300 blocks can take you to window level or linted level
50 bags of cement will take you to same level

Take a break and plan for roofing and pvc ceiling noggin

Take a break, while on break get an aluminium guy to get the cost of windows and prepare them down

When you are back from break, fix the windows, get a plumber to do the piping, electrics connection too and plaster the entire house, that will cost you another 50 bags

Take a break and come back to fix frames then do tilling of the floor and fix doors

Any time you can save up to? 200,000 go to site with it.

I really need serious advice. My dad just married someone else since my mum passed away 7 years ago. My late mum only had two girls for my dad, am the last and my sis is married.. Am currently doing my national diploma and awaiting final exams but I had to come home due to strike
..on getting home I met this woman tho I have met her before when I also came home for holiday but she only stayed for few hours and left so I didn't ask my dad questions. But this time around she came to stay finally..
I called my dad since he is at work and he told me she is his new wife and he didn't know how to tell me before.. But the problem is am an introvert and I hardly talk to people I don't know, the woman is nice but I don't feel comfortable around people have not been with for long...I always lock myself up so as not to see her whenever she is around. The only people I feel comfortable around are my dad , sister and some long term friends...she thought I hate her but I don't. And worst is she doesn't know how to cook .her food is either too salty or burnt..I always give my dad excuses not to eat her food and my dad doesn't complain about the food since he can eat anything.
But recently her daughter (she has one child before)came to live with us and I feel more uncomfortable... She is so lousy and use my things without permission and this makes me angry tho am older than her..I don't look happy most times and my dad thinks she is maltreating me but its cuz am not free around the house and I can't do whatever I want anymore. I hardly talk when she is around but she tries to talk to me and make jokes but I always flee..I told my sis and friend about it and they said I have a problem...am going back to school soon to write my final exams and am coming back home finally...
I don't want to live like this and I don't want to push her away cuz she is really nice and she helps me financially whenever my dad isn't around.. I feel irritated and uncomfortable especially with her daughter but I want my dad to be happy cuz he need someone to take care of him... Pls advice me on how to warm up to her..thanks

Then for her daughter, sit her down and let her know that she should take your permission before touching your things, in a very polite manner

She is seeing you as her senior sister, so you must relate with her

As for your step mum, go close to her and let her know how you are feeling

She already knows how you are behaving and she is giving you time to finish showing her who you are before she will conclude on you

If you know that you can't cope, relocate to your sister

As for your dad, he is very complacent with his wife, even if she doesn't cook well and avoid being the one that will cause problems for them

Good morning guys, I’m in a dilemma right now concerning the situation I am right now, Please it’s a long story endure till the end and forgive any grammatical error thanks . I need logical and analytical advice.

First of all, I’m a graduate but yet to go for service because I haven’t taken my certificate because I’m still owing the school. How I finished without paying up my fees is left for me and God lol. It wasn’t an easy feet because I know what I passed through just to get out of the school system. At the end of the day I came out with third class but I don’t let that bother me anyways but sometimes I think of the amount I still have to pay to collect my cert. (about $9000 which is 3m plus in naira ). The amount is in dollars because I schooled in Ghana.

A brief summary of me: I’m a young guy of 27 years with a single mother that has been taking care of me since my father passed on right from my jss3. I would say my mom is a hardworking woman but has failed to plan very well in respect to planning for a better future for herself and myself and also considering the fact she failed to clear up my fees when the money was there thinking the money will always be there when the need arises, building a house when she had the money to do so or establishing a stable business. (Note:With the money she was seeing back then, she ought to have built her own house at least. She was into oil business ). Btw my mom is 45years old.

Back to my story; to cut long story short, I finished up in Ghana and came back to Yenegoa (Bayelsa state) where my mom lives. (In a rented apartment). Last year October (2018).To be frank this wasn’t my plan coming back home to live with her, because I know the kind of person my mom is. (She is too controlling, possessive, wants to control my movement, talk to me like a kid, and nags too much for little things and the worse of it all, she is too over spiritual and believes every misfortune she have is spiritual, any sickness is spiritual without thinking of her own mistakes.
In fact, she doesn’t make any mistakes but blames everything on spiritual cause.to the point she wants me to be like that which I always object and that always cause problems btw us. There’s more to that but I will pause that first.

Now the real problem is, I have been idle doing nothing for close to a year staying at home all day long without any tangible thing doing in an unproductive state like Bayelsa without constant electricity, no job no nothing. In fact Bayelsa is a dead state. The reason I have not left here is because I haven’t gone for service yet because I’m still owing fees, ( I’m waiting for her to pay up my fees)
Well, I wasn’t completely idle, I’m into crypto currencies and was lucky enough to borrow about 300k from her which i invested in bitcoin when it was $3000. Today my coin is worth about 1m in naira and I’m still day trading and making little cash and that has been a blessing to me because I don’t ask her for any money again for the past months now and also help in buying few things in the house from time to time.

Now, I’m planning on relocating to PH by January 2020 because I believe by then I would have saved a significant amount that would cater for rent and other things and maybe a little business(I know she won’t buy the idea Becos I’m th only child but I’m leaving anyways)
Note: I’m living because (1)I just can’t continue wasting my time in Bayelsa. This state is a no no for any youth
And (2) I can’t cope living with my mom
My plans is to relocate out of Nigeria by the time I make significant amount of money tho some help can come from my mom but I can’t Bank on that Becos I don’t know when she will have the money. But the problem is my certificate because I still need to clear up about 3m for a third class. Is it really worth it? Though i intend using my degree to apply for Australia PR because it’s a core engineering course irrespective of the grade. Just present a good CDR which I can do from my undergraduate project topic. but what’s my chance? I don’t want to waste money for now taking the cert and my plans don’t work out when I could have used the money for business and maybe later go for my certificate.
Please I need advice from matured and experienced folks. Thanks

Left for me, no need to waste 3 million to collect a certificate with third class result, unless you know that you are not going to present that certificate anywhere for employment considering you studied in Ghana

I will suggest you tell your mum what your intending result is all about and you will like to start afresh in any Nigeria University

This time around do a course similar to engineering so that you can cope

Relocate to Port Harcourt and start a new life, your mum has her own challenges that is giving her mood swing

But bear in mind that you disappointed yourself and that you are willing to make things right in any area you chooses now

Forget about what people will say, that shouldn't bother you

Your future seems slim and you know that because you have not being focused
