And btw, don't just condemned the activities of the criminal herdsmen in Southern Nigeria, you Northerners should have a family meeting about it and provide a solution on how to end it .
Enough of unnecessary killings because of Cows.... What has SR posted about herdsmen that has been proven false? |

You stay there calling dss o That's my man! I need a Glock. The worst thing in Edo is that no serious initiative is being taken to tackle the daily robberies, kidnappings, rapes and murders by herdsmen. The governor has other concerns. The people better wake up and organize themselves. |

Poloyanabo2: If you read well, you'll see where he states that he has now seen the reason why house helps are treated like shit in lagos. He's really stupid for saying that, someone's attitude can never justify the ill treatment of a group of people. That's really childish from him. Yes. You're right. But he spoke when he was still angry over what he suffered from someone he showed kindness to. If I'm the head a panel looking into his matter, I will take that into consideration. Note how he asked the thief to go with all the things he stole and still paid for the days worked: that clearly shows he's not the sort would really maltreat someone even though he sort of justified it in anger. |

FreelanceRebel: Nigeria do not helicopter at this moment
What Nigeria need now is not helicopter, but home made manufacturing of Armored Tanks for our infantry divisions. Imagine a whole Nigeria has just 350 Tanks to protect 200m people, where as small North Korea has about 4,500 Tanks without any possibility of going to war. However, persistent ambush by BHT and ISWAP should have tell us that we need machine at the war front and not human.
Armored Tanks manufacturing will be more easier, faster and cheaper than venturing into helicopter that cannot be graded as attack chopper or gunship. If we can partner with India or China on technology transfer on Armored Tanks production it will be great deal.
If Nigeria can be producing tractors, we can make Home made Armored Tanks. But shebi we're making armoured tanks already. Proforce has been making and exporting MRAPS to Chad. And there's one called Ezugwu or something like that. Why aren't we ramping up productions on these platforms? |

seunmsg: The headline is inciting. Saharareporters should do better. This should be about criminality and not tribe. The headline alone has given it an ethnic coloration so it’s going to be difficult for any objective take at this point in time. Sowore must stop the negative reporting of Amotekun’s activities. From accounts given by both sides, it appears that (1) some people were killed (2) they were Fulani folks. What is unclear is the circumstances, given that there has been a lot of perpetrated by Fulani. So the headline "Fulani Kidnappers or innocent Fulani herders?" appears to be fair reporting. |

A visionary leader will make something reasonable from it....
Someone said the foundation of the bridge might not be solid...Yes, but rather than destroying it, renovate it to a better standard and reduce the cost....
Make the place a tourism centre or something... Then have someone publish a touching story about the reserve... Did you read the story? Bridge was constructed by criminals for the furtherance of their criminal activities. |

Yampotatocarrot: Trust me, you'll cope. I just returned from a three-day trip there. Will be much easier though if you speak either Yoruba or Hausa. However, they are always eager to help out when they realise you don't speak french, like it makes them happy to help you.
I didn't visit any fun place, just slept in the hotel room aside the few embassy runs I had to do. Wanted to be away from the noise of Lagos for a while plus some official stuff.
Just know that transportation is very expensive over there. Try taking mosquito repellant cream or whatever cos them get mosquitoes well well eh.
Buy a two-pin round fuse, else you're on your own (round o)... Cos na so their wall sockets dey... No carry power bank o, cos it'll be useless. There was light throughout my stay, and the night is so so quiet and peaceful, no gen noise or cars making noise
For food, their rice stew make sense dieeeee... As for their ladies, you'll be really disappointed especially if you're coming from Lagos...
If you're coming from Seme, change your money at the border o, cos if you enter inside town, na cruise them go use you catch, at a point I even changed #1000 - 1000CFA at the airport, awon were
I believe with these few points of mine, I have convinced you and not confused you that you'll cope. Thank you. I don't speak French, Yoruba or Hausa - just English. So I guess I should proceed with caution. And why do you say their ladies are disappointing to the Lagos types? |
