You think the court of law is beer palour? It does not work with emotions but with facts backed with evidence. With her shouting up and down that she will not allow anybody test her, captured by herself in videos, she has no case!

She was tested several times, her issue with the government is that, they refused to give her the test results before asking for more tests.

She have a valid case against NCDC, she does not have to be prove anything, they have to prove that, she was indeed tested and produce the results in court.

Congrats to her. Probably one of the asymptomatic cases. Her immune system must have battled the virus while she remained strong.

The problem is that such people pose a great danger to those around them until the virus runs it's course within them and they're Coronavirus free...test negative. They can infect many people without falling ill.

Very unlikely that, she will be positive for 58 days or so going.

Too long a time for the virus to be serious active in her body. Her body immunity will not be standing idle for those days and just looking at the virus.

I will question NCDC testing/test kits and it is also possible for the test kits they are using to pick up the dead virus, hence we heard of some people who previously tested negative are testing positive....NCDC must have missed her negative test window and are now picking up the dead virus which is part of her healing process and she can’t infect anyone.

Highly doubt it, as it is biometric-based.

Biometrics can be faked or altered. There are substances one can use to alter the ridges in their finger print to make them appear different from the original.

Facial appearance can also be altered.

My question is, even without altering anything, I even doubt if the BVN system is capable of detecting likely duplicate data used to obtain two BVN numbers eg:

I think one can obtain a new BVN by using a different birth document altering date of birth and name, but with every other bio data remaining the same.

Not true, no where in the New Testament did Jesus or the Apostles tithe.

And no where in all Jesus teachings, even the great sermon on the mount or all the letters and Episodes written by the Apostles did they even once mention the duty of the early Christians to tithe or remember to tithe...and these are people fully led by the Holy Ghost.

I strongly believe that, if tithing was one of the duties of Christians, Jesus would have at least mentioned once, the Apostles would have written about it, especially on a subject that modern day Pastors tell us that, if we don’t do, we will be cursed.

Christians are only admonished to give freely and willing, no set percentage and should not give out of an obligation. Tithing is giving out of an obligation.

Malachi 3:10 was addressed to priests who collected tithe from Israelites and refusing to bring it to the house of God, instead are keeping it for private use.

That ‘limited possibility’ is about 10-15%.

That is the false positive/negative ratio for the covid-19 test, hence NCDC was waiting for x3 negative tests before discharging people, this way they can eliminate false negative scenario.

I don’t think 10-15% is limited as you put it is a real possibility and concern.
