Step 5: Dip the foam inside the hypo and use it to touch different parts of of your tongue.
After 2 minutes, rinse your mouth with water and do a second one for 2 minutes again.
For the third one, do it for 1 minute.
As you do this, try not to breath in as much to avoid inhaling too much of the hypo. Be stiff and seize your breath to an extent while your tongue is stretched out as you perform the act.
Do this with a mirror in front of you if you wish. Before you start, you can take a picture of your tongue and when you finish, you can take another one.
When you're done, brush your tongue with a paste and your normal toothbrush.
For whitening of teeth, there is a method you'll use and it requires mixing of charcoal, hypo, and paste. That will be a post for another day. |

Bad Breath Advance and Permanent Solution
My teeth and mouth are clean, but sometimes, when I wake in the morning, I have sour taste. This is not halitosis.
This is to say, over the years, mucor has built in everyone's tongue and this causes either bad breath or soured taste if you don't make use of your mouth for 6 hours.
Some people get bad breath because of an infection or or poor hygiene.
In my case, I don't have bad breath, but when I wake in the morning, I feel I need to brush first before I talk to anyone. For this, it means I don't like my breath in the morning, so I took a dangerous bold step.
Before this bold step, what I do before I sleep at night is to brush my tongue/teeth, but the moment I brush, I feel hungry. A lot of people can relate. I needed a way not to brush everytime and still have fresh breath in the morning.
So, I had to find a permanent solution so that even if I don't brush for 1 week, my mouth will not smell.
Take a mirror and look at your tongue and you'll see mucor — whitish/milkish substances.
These mucor accrued throughout your years of eating different 'rubbish' and the ordinary brush we use to brush our teeth can't remove them completely — they've been there for years and they've built layers.
Even with iron brush, you can't remove them completely — you'll end up hurting your tongue with injuries.
What did I do to remove them? I used washing detergent called hypo.
It's risky, but I was careful and it was worth the risk. I'll do it every year.
In less than 5 minutes, all the mucor in my tongue disappeared and I did not sustain any injury in my tongue or inhale the hypo into my lungs.
There is a way I did it. I'm glad I took that risk and discovered something I never knew.
Right now, I have the freshest breath on Earth. I can go 2 weeks without brushing and breath will still be fresher than 95% of the world's population.
In summary, you don't need to use hypo like me, but any substance that will get rid of those permanent particles in your tongue.
Fresh breath = fresh confidence.
A lot of relationships or marriages crashed because of bad breath — don't allow that happy to you. 5 minutes with hypo can change your life.
Please, I'm not recommending you do this, but I'm only sharing with you that I did it and my already fresh breath moved from fresh to freshest.
There is bacteria in your mouth — kill them. Though, the body needs some kinds of good bacteria to fight bad bacteria, but but the ones in your tongue should be killed, they'll cause you bad breath.
This post is not for kids. Even as an adult, don't go and do this because I told you — know how I did it safely first. This is advance and I have been reaping the benefits of the 5 minutes I spent in detoxifying my tongue. Insightful post... However, the "Thinner" might contain carcinogenic substances that can lead to cancers of the tongue and mouth since it is a petroleum-derived substance. |

So If you are in this group, stop bothering your head hoping for a single guy except you just want to be toyed with. Consider marrying a married man who is willing to love and care for you.
2. THE NEVER MARRIED LADIES IN THEIR 40s: Many ladies in this group usually have this hope that there just might be one single guy who will be willing to settle down with them AND YES it is very possible just that the chances of this happening is very low. Most guys usually get married in their 30s and except they see a divorcee or a widower then they just might be lucky but unfortunately, even the widower or divorcee will still most likely prefer to go for far younger ladies which makes it even more difficult to come across single guys. My candid advise for this group of ladies is to get a responsible man to settle with regardless of his marital status.
3. THE NEVER MARRIED SINGLE MUMS: I have so many single mums as friends and the common mind-set they still have is that there is one single guy out there who will gladly marry them and some of them have remained celibate for years because according to them, they don't want to marry a married man and they are scared of single guys.... I think it just doesn't make any sense to continue hoping for one single guy to leave millions of ladies without kids to marry you. In most cases, this set of ladies get used by single men who just want to catch cruise with them. If you belong to this group please consider settling down with one responsible married man and avoid getting used by fvk boys in the name of looking for a single guy to marry.

THE IMPATIENT MONEY LOVERS/GOLD PICKERS: I honestly see nothing wrong in wanting a made guy after all, everyone has the right to make a choice but the problem i have with this set of ladies is when they put so much demand on a young progressive guy to provide what he can't. Wealth is progressive and except a man is very lucky to make huge money in his early age, I strongly believe that the best bet is for such a lady to look for one rich married man to marry because in most cases, it is men who are married and advanced in age that will be able to provide the type of life style this group of ladies desire .
5. THE UNLUCKY ONES: This group of ladies cut across all ages. They are just unlucky with single guys. They have tried many relationships with single men but they are just so unfortunate and they are totally fed up. My advice to them is to consider polygamy as there are many married men out there who will be willing to marry them and make them happy for as long as they live. It just doesn't make any sense to settle for a jerk just because you want a single man for yourself when there are super responsible married men ready to treat you like a queen.
6.THE SUGAR BABIES: This group of ladies are usually very young and to them, it is ok to date married men or sugar daddies who can take care of them but when it comes to marriage, it is a taboo for them to marry such men. I honestly do not understand how a lady will be having sexual relationship with a married man, enjoy the lavish lifestyle he provides but will find it difficult to marry same man and the worst twist is that in most cases, even after this set of ladies get married, they still linger in the relationship with their sugar daddies. Abeg I don't have enough time to tell long story . But I will make sure I capture some of my experience in Lagos island.
Note : If you have not been to Lagos island please make sure you do before Jesus Christ come.
It's an experience worth having .
I was opportuned to get a job with industrial cleaning company in Lagos . We clean houses of rich men before the they pack in .That was how I entered houses of rich men and celebrities in Lekki, Victoria Island Eko Atlantic etc.
I have entered Don Jazzy house , Ay Comedian, 2 face. Etc. More of non celebrity super rich billionaires.
I cried when I entered one Igbo guy house his name is Frances. I asked God one qestion " Lord why are some people so rich while some people are so poor in the same country"
People reading this comment who are currently in Lagos island will tell you that demon of poverty is no where around Lekki.
Some churches in Lagos island runs on 24 hour electricity . Example house on the rock.
Brethren Some people are enjoying heaven here Earth. Although you can't compare heaven and Earth but some people have unimaginable wealth here in Nigeria .
Am just writing for people who have not been there . If you want to come to Lagos make sure you visit places around Lagos island. NOTE: Your post contains MISLEADING information! Lekki Peninsula, Victoria island and Ikoyi island are NOT the same as Lagos island! These 4 land masses are distinct from one another. Lekki is a Peninsula NOT an Island! A lot of newer arrivals in Lagos State, and some of the younger generation ignorantly refer to Lekki as an island. The entire Lekki Peninsula was named after an Ijebu-Yoruba town called Lekki Town in Ibeju-Lekki LGA, Lagos State. The 3 Ijebu LGAs of Ibeju-Lekki, Epe and Ikorodu extend from Lagos State into Ijebuland in Ogun State. Hope this helps.

The new regulations which states that a person would be deprived of exams if he fails to attend enough chapel services is causing much anger in many quarters. Especially for final year students who may be faced with the potential of accruing an extra year if the regulation stands. Rebellion... WTH!  |
