BeeBeeOoh:See how you're very quick to condemn the girl child without saying a single word about the men who actually sleep with these underage girls. You think the boy child who grew up sleeping with kids was well raised himself? Or you don't care what your boy child does to other people's children? If anything, what you've just described only shows the kind of irresponsible male adults we have in the streets of Nigeria. And this will continue to happen cause y'all focus on the victims and not the actual culprits because "men will always be men". You don't want to tell yourselves the truth cause you're enjoying the laissez-faire. Pity, but the effects of this gender bias will get to everyone. |
She'll be fine. I can only imagine how you feel right now. But that only serves to heighten the excitement when she finally drops! Congratulations in the advance! ![]() |
Lol... Naija boy: I don't do Nigerian girls. They're useless! ![]() Foreign girl: So who do you do? ![]() |
TotoGame:You're just seeking justification for being a thief. And it's funny cause even a baby can see how senseless it is. Why not take to the streets and start killing black people cause blacks sold thier fellow blacks as slaves in the past? You scam a fellow man and make away with his money, and you're not ashamed of yourself for being such a failure. Instead, you're online seeking validation for your wickedness. I guess we should be giving you a pat on the back for being a thief and a disgrace to your country. |
Scary! You're actually the one invading. What you call your project site used to be their home before you decided to displace them and term them "intruders". Lol |
This is nice. |

sicily4u:I never said it was. |
Please, akara is not bean cake. Akara is akara. Regardless of the fact that Nigeria is an anglophone country, you don't need to translate the names of your local delicacies. It's like translating your Igbo/yoruba name. Let's stop this effort to completely wipe away our identity. Croissants retained its name even though it's eaten all over the world, shawarma is shawarma, etc. Why anglicize ours? When you go to a diverse city, people get intrigued/fascinated by the unusual names of the foods sold in the restaurants and they ask questions regarding the origin. I don't see how the name "bean cake" makes our dear akara more interesting. |
Nice |
Oh... jeez! This is terrible. It's not a question of whether the man deserves it or not (which should be subject to investigation) but the fact that humans who are capable of beating a fellow human being to pulp like this are simply dangerous. The wildness! |
I hate winter ![]() |
The truth is, there are thousands of couples living here without issues. Basing your conclusions on these few stories (normally narrated by mean who can't adapt to the system) is rather ridiculous cause marriages fail everywhere. Again, if you take your time to follow up on this stories, you'd see they're mostly propagated by men who have refused to be realistic with thier expectations. Here, your wife works as much you as you do, how can you expect her to serve you the way Nigerian women with menial jobs serve thier husbands at home? How do you expect her to do all the house chores alone? You hit a lady and she reports you to the authorities, and then you start saying bringing a woman abroad is a terrible idea. What were you expecting? You cheat and you want her to stay put cause you brought her abroad? Please, just go and price slaves. |
What's the green soup called? |
King2305:This area is bit grey. Yes, you're right. However, while there's no definite cure for mental health issues, some have fully recovered from mental illnesses that others suffered for a lifetime. Nevertheless, this is not enough to change the prevalent medical literature because saying a particular mental illness is curable would imply there are tested medications that actually make them dissappear after a known period of time, and that is not the case cause many live with them for life no matter the medication. But then again, that is not to say there aren't some people who never experienced relapses again after the initial withdrawal from medication (be it by chance or otherwise). Whether it's permanent or temporary could depend on many things like what caused it, the individual, how severe it had become, the environment, etc. The issue here is that, unlike physical illnesses, there's hardly anything definite about mental illnesses. So while curable might not be word, people have fully recovered from less severe mental issues like depression and the likes. When I asked a psychologist (not a psychiatrist) this question, she asked me "do you think cough, fever and headache can be cured?" When I didn't reply, she said "there lies your answer". You can interpret this conversation your own way. Lol I also learned people who have never experienced any relapse so many years after withdrawal from medication find it a bit saddening if not offensive to be told they're permanently inflicted. |
StaffofOrayan:I wrote against the idea that priests don't have any business talking about politics. This is not particularly about Mbaka and my opinion on Mbaka has no bearing on that stance. Besides, like I told the guy, you can create a thread to speak against the man it's worth it, but this particular thread is based on falsehood cause the video is an old one and he was referring to the former election. It's always a good idea to separate concerns. |
EkehPraise:Mental health issues shouldn't make anyone pause thier lives. A lot of people out there have issues like acute depression, bipolar, eating disorder, PTSD, anxiety disorder, ADHD, OCD, etc. and they're married with kids. Some of these mental health issues are curable while others are manageable. OP just needs to let his loved ones (including the lady) know cause it would be very unfair if he doesn't. |
OP, you're perv. That's ckear enough and it's not really my business. I only fear for the little kids around you. Imagine the backlash on Nigerian girls if it were a lady typing this. Youngpo413:Does he write better or worse than Nigerians? |
OP, I don't know what we're supposed to see here. The guy in the picture is a very handsome young man and the lady is lucky to have him just as he's lucky to have her. He's just black which actually looks great on him. Why make it look as if the lady settled for a rich ape? |
BeeBeeOoh:If this video is really an old one, then the person sharing it now to make it look like it was with respect to the current election is a terrible person, and this is regardless of whatever opinion you have on the priest. You can create a thread to criticise Mbaka if you want but as far this particular thread is concerned, the mischievous person here is the OP and it's only logical to call him out on that. As for the role of a priest, I don't think winning souls is very feasible if you don't care about the welfare of the people you're trying to win. Elijah got involved in politics. He was a political dissident who bravely spoke against powers. Moses wasn't just a prophet winning souls, he was also a political leader who led the people of Isreal out of Egypt. While I am not very religious, I believe the idea that men of God shouldn't talk about politics which affects the people they're leading is rather odd. I honestly don't know how you want the government to be better if you don't want good people to get involved in politics. |
Angry youths? Angry at what exactly? Angry at what these two grown up men were doing in their own room? I'd probably never understand homophobia. |
Kelvin30286063:Lol.. not weird, please. I wish I had an uncle into pets like that. The only pet I have now is a green cheek conure and he's my best friend! |
I don't see why you should leave your church for her. I'm not trying to invalidate her desire to have a family that has the same denomination, but if you're not willing to make that move (which you are not obliged to) she has to decide if it's a deal breaker and move on if so. Our happiness as individuals is very important and it's fine if marrying a catholic is what will make her happy. But you shouldn't sacrifice your own happiness too. Y'all should approach the subject logically without sentiment and should be ready to love each other enough to end the relationship if any compromise at the stage would lead to issues later. It's good you're even being honest with each other. Some men would simply agree to her demands just to take her to the alter and then remind her who's the head of the family afterwards. These are the kind of subjects we should be discussing during the dating phase when things aren't serious yet. That's basically why we date. |
bukatyne:You obviously don't don't understand any bit of my response. Normally, I'd love to chat but I'm having a very busy weekend. Enjoy yourself. |
bukatyne:Out of everything I said, it's only "go and marry" you saw or you selectively picked the one you could defend? Anyway, I answered the OP. You can drop your own opinion but doesn't invalidate mine. I'm not a woman so I don't feel like a victim. I'm only being logical. |
ATMC:Yes, but I believe the left to right concept only applies when there's a conflict of priority. Otherwise, it's conventional to solve the brackets first by opening it and letting every figure be at the same grouping level before eventually moving from left to right. This is because the 2 outside the parenthesis is not a stand-alone number. It is, along with the contents of the parenthesis, an expression that should probably be resolved before joining the rest of the bigger expression. Notice that I said 'probably' and that is because this isn't a necessarily a law. What I'm trying to say in essence is that while both could be correct depending on the problem being resolved, I'd go with Casio if I came across this as a secondary school student. And I don't believe any examiner would set such an ambiguous question. |
Lol... Nigerians are so judgemental. The righteous ones above are already attacking the OP for being such a sinner. They say she consensually sleeping with a man without signing legal papers is worst than the activities of the budding criminal. That's probably true assuming everyone has the same religion. But as far as logic is concerned, nothing is worse than an act that hurts or encroaches into the rights of another party. Shutting her down cause her lifestyle doesn't conform to your religion makes you no different from bokoharam. It's OK if non of y'all has ever slept with someone who isn't your spouse, but she's here to seek advice on how to deal with someone who steals other people's belongings, and not how to be a saint according to your religion. Respect other people's personal space. OP, presently, it is your words against his. Try to get some evidence, and then confront him with it in a non punitive manner. This will open a channel for you to reach and help him. |
Kelvin30286063:This is interesting! I've kept so many types of animals as pets but never a reptile. I don't think they can show affection like birds and mammals. ![]() |
OP is obviously a man. It's funny how little we know about the opposite gender. Some men think they've got the monopoly of sexual desires and that's why they'd use that to excuse theirs lack of self control. Everyone is sexually attracted to unclothedness, that's nature. |
Toks2008:This is perfection! They are already attacking Nigerian women as they do at the slightest provocation but when a working wife asks her man to assist with house chores at home, it is termed "dangers of marrying a career woman". |
Odidigboigbo:Now, this is a better argument. The school can control what the students do within the school premises and not outside not the students' character at home or in their private lives outside the school as suggested by everyone that quoted me cause that isn't just impractical but also unnecessary at that age. That is why a student might not be allowed to dress in a certain way to school while nobody cares if she's a prostitute out there. So except the students did this in the school premises, the university has no business telling her how to dance or dress out there. |
