It beautiful but you don't pick snakes from the wild. You get them from certified breeders. Please, let the poor creature go for the sake of you both. |
Jashub:I'm not creating any excuses for anyone here. I just find it quite bizarre that you'd concentrate on the victims without a single word of reproach for the culprits. It's almost as if you're saying beating ladies is normal for men, it's up to the ladies to find ways to avoid getting hit. Like I said, let's learn to hold each of accountable. You chase away the kite before blaming the mother hen for exposing its chicks. |
Jashub:Nobody tells a lady he's violent when wooing her. Everything is not about women, let's hold each other accountable. Why not wonder if these violent men who hit thier partners like pujchbags are cursed? |
beaversticks:Advocating? You mean before you stopped betting? |
ANTIFA:Please, report to the police. Don't just assume they wouldn't do anything like someone said above, do your part. Even if she's not fined, it would be on a record that you once filed a report in case of next time. Walking away might sound like a good idea but I don't think it is. People need to know that thier actions have consequences. You can't just hit anyone and walk away. |
codemaniacs:Ok. I get it. Global warming does not affect blacks. Enjoy your day, bro. |
codemaniacs:I see. And you think climate change is all about the effects on your body? Dear friend, climate change does not spare any race. Even your melanin cannot save you if it's not put in check. We're blacks, not dumb. Let's, at least, read about these things to understand them better even if we're not in a position to help. |
BigBashiru:Lol... Ok. |
owobokiri:Lol... You people and this "the west wants to kill us" outlook. The west has been at the forefront of the war against ozone depletion for years while Africa hardly knows the meaning of that expression. Because one ex-president did not make it his priority, it suddenly implies they mock it thinking it would consume the the "third world" countries alone? Does that even make sense? Even a baby wouldn't think like that. |
Hhmmm... actually, you guys saying "stop using the word kidnap" don't have enough details to suggest it wasn't a kidnap case. That he is the baby's biological father doesn't automatically imply he couldn't have kidnapped her. Let's not treat this with the usual kid gloves we use to address everything we men do. If there's no establishment of paternity (wedding, birth certificate, voluntary acknowledgement of paternity form, etc.) and the baby was taking forcefully, illegally or without the consent of the mother, she has every reason to employ the word "kidnap". How else do you describe going into someone's home to take thier child when they're at work? You did not pay the lady's bride price, no paper works, no wedding, and you think you have the right to sneak into her house and take the baby she carried to full term and nurtured up to a certain age just because you had a few minutes sex with her a while ago? It doesn't work that way. There's no presumption of paternity when a child is born outside of marriage and without establishing paternity, he has no legal standing as regards to shared custody. Let's even assume there are some paper works that establish his paternity rights, that still wouldn't give him the right to relocate to another country with the baby without the mother's consent. What that guy did is a crime and we must first acknowledge that. OP, Nigeria is an extremely big country. Looking for a man whose real name you don't even know would be extremely difficult. Of course, I'm not saying you should forget the baby (is that even possible for a mother?). I'm saying you might not be able to do it alone. You need a professional. Your case is a difficult and I wish I had more concrete answers/solutions. You've made series of mistakes, but no mother deserves to be separated from her baby this way. I wish you and your immediate the best. |
Thank God for science. I'm glad he had the resources to chose the gender that fits him. Hopefully, he gets the help he needs to finish the process. It's one thing to be born with two different sex organs, it's another to feel like a woman and man at the same time. They are many intersex people like him out there who identify more as one gender and identify with people of that gender, but do not have the resources and moral support to undergo the necessary surgeries. They live thier lives in the shadows. Sad. In my opinion, the mere existence of intersex people shows that the concept of gender goes beyond sex organs. The mental does not always agree with the physical. The same nature that gave one person two different sex organs and yet he feels like a man could have given him a female sex organ while he still feels like a man. You can imagine living in the opposite gender's body (eeww!). When such a person then opts for surgery later in life, we'd all gather to castigate him and remind him of his seat number in hell. We'd rather he lived his life in misery for us to be happy. Maybe when we realize that exceptions are part of nature, we'd stop saying that certain things are not natural just because they're not common. If anything is unnatural, it's perfection/consistency. |
Wow... I didn't know he was into BB. Was he a player? RIP |
Kandeed:You guys are neither here nor there. You're campaigning against Nigerian women and yet most of you would still cry out when the foreign women ask you to share house chores, baby sitting and other home keeping tasks with them. You'd say they don't respect "the head of the family". It's not all about seeing beautiful pictures. If you intend to marry a white woman, you'd also have to be ready to stop being a typical Nigerian man cause they won't give you the kind of the "godly" treatment Nigerian men expect from their women. |
I don't understand the criticism. What's wrong with what they said? |
Why couldn't they come together and share the money? |
letristian:Please, what's cross carpeting? |
Intergrity001:I'm not. And I appreciate your efforts. It's just that the N20M estimate implies you'd sell the apple as costly as the imported ones. Apparently, that was just to make the ad more appealing. Best of luck. |
Nice! I don't under your calculations though. You'd grow this apple in Nigeria and still sell it as costly as the imported ones? What would then be the financial implications of buying the homegrown apple? |
muller101:Overreaching |
seyz91:Lol... |
tamdun:Exactly. I mean, we can laugh about it. But mocking him or calling him a product of the quota system cause of this would be overreaching. |
"Wear" is the generally accepted word, but you can also say "apply" depending on the context. |
Hhmm... Well, this might be funny but I don't really see the big deal here. He was speaking and mistakenly used the wrong word. It could happen to anyone regardless of the language being used. The OP hardly made any correct sentence herself despite the fact that this was typed (she was probably in a hurry). What's then basis for mocking someone who obviously had a slip of the tongue? *Mod* I can see the OP has rewritten her post. Nice. |
Coldshisha:You don't think putting on body shapers to shed weight is natural enough? |
Awesome. It looks quite narrow in the second picture. |
DenreleDave:Hhmm... Was the first statement really necessary? Now that you've realized you were wrong, does that make you the sick one? No, cause anyone could be wrong. Why don't we stop this crude way of engaging one another on this platform and start employing some decorum? We're Africans not animals, bro. |
Bullpenn11:Lol... Local? What's wrong with Local? You want a Nigerian to have a foreign look? |
Temptee101:I didn't call it a rumour. I called it hypothetical. That's exactly what it is. The OP clearly stated that. |
Billyonaire666:Lol... for a moment, I thought I was engaging a civilized individual. Enjoy your day sir! |
