It is terrible. I am going into full time consulting by end of 2020. God help me. I want to take full control of my life and health. I can't continue with 8 - 5 madness in Lagos. The impact of the accumulated stress would be felt more in your old age not now for those that will get to old age anyway. I use my people that have retired as an example. Most of them are suffering from one debilitating disease or another. |
LillyVal:So what is the intention of these sermon about how great Nigeria and Nigerians is/are? Please lets stop all these first these, first that. The truth is that we are still backwards and primitive in behavior in this country. Leave Nigerians abroad and focus on the ones inside Nigeria. Some of them abroad do not even reckon being a Nigerian. We should squarely tackle our problems and focus on development. 46,000 people applied for a job of about 2,500 and you are saying this. Honestly, I pity the future generation. At the current rate of governance, I doubt if they would be able to have the current little opportunity we even have now. Nigerians in their droves are migrating and leaving this country. As at today, Nigerians ranked 3rd, just behind India and China in the Canada Federal Skill Express Migrant Program. This tells you that people are fed up with the current situation and can no longer guarantee a better future for their unborn kids |
Good one! Nigeria and prayers. We always pray without doing the right thing. Most of our prayer requests centers on our man -made challenges that ordinarily, Our corrupt government should provide for us but we leave the government and face God. I lived abroad for few years and found out that their prayer intentions are entirely different from ours. |
mrAMG2:Bro, all the house mates are deliberately creating controversies around themselves. The more controversial you are, the more fans, more followership and the more people would want to know what is going on in your life. Sometimes, you have to be controversial to trend and become a celebrity. The alleged breakup may not be true but to spice up her profile and attract followership. |
This guy may likely succeed Garnet Rohr after his contract expires. He seems to be the most liked ex foot baller and enjoys the support of NFA. |
Nigerian lecturers, always playing and forming god. See how the students are just loyal because he could make or mar their future without being questioned. If you see how students and lecturers discuss projects and dissertations abroad, you would know that we are just too backwards. Signing a student project is never a favour but here in Nigerian, lecturers see themselves as gods. |
bajeen:President of the Court of Appeal in 2050 or minister of state for education. As dem say, fear North. No be me talk am o |
The school certificate that showed his passport photograph with his Alhaji cap. |
Celebgistz1:Nigerian architects and interior designers can never replicate this kind of simple design. A typical rich man home in Nigeria would have 8 sofas with gigantic dinning table and chairs. Block works every where with no innovation. Always the same design with thick curtains and poor light combination. Our architects needs to up their game. See how simple the house looks with nice ambience. Once you see abroad house, you go know immediately no matter how simple. Homes abroad radiates simplicity and ambience. |
Nigerian celebrities are expert in showing off their successes for their poverty-stricken fans to saliva te. This is also common with the well to do in Nigeria. I am sure some rich people in Nigeria wouldn't want the life of the poor to be improved so that they will continue to enjoy the praises and the respect the poor gives to them. Over here abroad, nobody cares. |
Dominionng:That's my spec - keep it simple, plain and extra smooth. We have spoken on the phone and once we get to this stage, I will let you know. |
naijadrivablog:See WAEC without English and Mathematics? How did he gain admission into ABU? He did not secure the mandatory 5 credits in O'level. Division Three, which is equivalent to ordinary pass. |
KingLennon:Bro, stand up comedy go fit you - sell some of your joke ideas to the comedians and make money. Some people make money in UK like that . They sell some joke ideas to some talented and well know comedians. You could have added picture or one meme on this to show how MTN go de look you as you purchased a new sim card. I could not stop laughing. May be this meme will help show how MTN go de smile de look you as put your sim for phone

So, this Robert Gilles of a guys (the white man) still follow Diamond Bank join Access Bank. Kudos to Access for retaining some top talent from Diamond Bank. I know say the white guy cant get job in UK that can pay him what he is earning in Nigeria. |
ichidodo:He may not care a bit if he is out by November - His ambition is for history to remember that he was once a Prime Minister of Great Britain. If he is asked to leave next week, he would still be a fulfilled man. He may want to force Britain out of Europe come what may. |
I don't know why we always use his age to qualify him first before mentioning his name. Is he the only 20-year old footballer? |
Nigerians and their ignorance! You think US will ban Nigerian politicians from coming to spend money in their country? This is a decoy to continue to deny genuine Nigerian visas. They are always coming up with reasons on the astronomical increase in the number of visa denial. No politician have ever been denied visa because they know that politicians will still come back to Nigeria to continue their politicking. It is the common people that will be denied on a flimsy excuses. |
SamuelAnyawu:Their may be times for air travel and some by roads with the NGOs Toyota hilux with a driver and Mopol. Damboa is the Base but will have to be moving around and visiting other places by road in toyota hilux |
SamuelAnyawu:Please what's the distance like from Damboa to Maiduguri and Damboa to Abuja? All the interviews were done in Abuja and he is supposed to be coming to Abuja every last week of the month for to give report. The guy is somehow an Ajebutter, so we are all weighing on our options. I actually saw the job online in hotnigeriajobs and asked him to submit application. He studied Gender and development studies at George Washington University. The parents are thinking that I was actually the one that got the job for their son and they are concern about the place that's why they are always asking me questions. |
GrabHisBalls:Please spare her. Nigerian university system could be so unforgiven. I am sure she must have factored in that but the sudden change in date by the university must have made it impracticable for her to change her own date. University system that could just wake up and fix post UME in one week time. In 2015, UNILAG post graduate secretary sent us a notice of PhD interview within 2 weeks. Wedding is always fixed weeks in advance. |
I think my advise to my cousin about joining one international NGO may seem ok. He secured a lucrative offer as a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist - Laboratory services with mouth watering offer including huge security cover and allowance and indemnity in case of death. The post is in Damboa - I don't where that is located in the North East. Life may be more important than money at certain point. |
ovcwality:That's what is lacking in Nigerian players. They hardly follow up on their earlier successes. Chukwueze have all the potentials to be the next Mane if he works so hard. |
Nathdoug201:Oga, leave those ones and lets focus on the positive. Agreed that all the things you mentioned are correct, let the next government fight corruption and recover them. But for this, I totally support it. I hope VON will be able to maintain that edifice. Nigerian government institutions lacks maintenance culture. That's why their buildings stinks and always in a dilapidated state. I would have preferred the building sold to a private sector person and the money use to fund community cottage hospitals and schools that will affect the masses directly than giving it to a government agency. |
kingemzy5:Stupidity and foolishness of the highest order - Your stupidity knows no bound - Your type will never be successful in Nigeria. Staying in your poverty crib to be typing rubbish - I don't know if the mode are still sleeping to allow this idiot to be typing this rubbish. |
Lagos gave me a chance in life and in Lagos shall I continue to dwell and contribute my quota - Eko o ni bage o. |
Sometime, i wonder the kind needle wey dem dey use do this their injection wey no de make the economy well so. |
Stupid People! Come here next month and check whether the solar power would be functional. Come to PH and see the state of the solar power project NDDC did. We're just cursed with bad leadership in this country. |
mikeapollo:The last final they won since 1980 in Libya ba?

odave:If you are a banker and you fail to take up loan because you don't like debt, you are own your own. It is an opportunity for you to set up your side hustle business or build your own house depending on your level. If they sack you, at least you have achieved something. But if you are afraid of loan and you are sacked, that one na double jeopardy. Make use of every opportunity your place of work offers you. Either an opportunity to learn, train yourself, borrow money from the company and others. |
Next thing now is that the idiotic youths will not question how the massive revenue have been used but to start insulting themselves over, ' our own revenue big pass your own". This is what the thread will turn into. It is not about what your region have generated or received but the quality of life of people living there. We should focus more on economic development rather than economic growth. Economic development is about human capacity development and standard of living why economic growth is about growth in numbers - GDP and so on. |
But truth be told, the guy is not that good. He seems lucky to score. The contract is more of a reward for that famous win over Barca. Any Bleep up from him next season, Na long loan to Huddersfield or Fulham. He should take note. |
CorperKola:They are under the influence of Diamond Bank. Women calls shot during Uzoma Dozie's rein. Since the merger with Diamond Bank, all the women's products in Diamond Bank migrated to Access Bank. But honestly, this their merger was top-notch. The best I have ever seen. The branding and convergence is superb. Access practically adopted the Diamond Colors and it looks really cool. Even Diamond Bank staff were begged to stay but since Diamond had one of the best highly-skilled personnel in the banking sector, a lot of them were able to take position in other banks and companies. There was no story of staff being laid off - Seamless and hassle free merger - kudos to the two teams. |
