Spoken like a man with sense. fallout87: |
They are not bandits, They are terrorists. Let's just call it how it is. |
If only you understood the politics behind the move is more about trying to placate his political base and less about him actually believing in prayers or in God. Before you attack me, just know I am a man of faith but I do not have a blind allegiance to faith. I am all for prayers and I believe in the power of prayers especially from a righteous man as prescribed by the bible. But then I get people like you, the world needs people like you. People who only see in black and white and think that that is all there is to the world as a whole. wisino1: |
And this is exactly why I have decided to call you an idiot again. Since you continue to prove me right. Your idiocy is the gift that keeps giving so keep it up. Faithful4real: |
You are the real definition of an idiot honestly. Faithful4real: |
Maximum Penalty = Maximum Bribe All it will take to quell the matter is hush money under the table. Everybody knows we are a joke so the dishonourable Minister should just stop blow hot air. Mention of the incident is for Nigerians to remember we still have a Minister and that Minstry. And this is likely the last we will hear of the matter after the "Maximum Penalty" has been collected. |
commercial fishing expedition abi during covid lockdown. one has to be a special type of dumb to believe that silly excuse of a reason. |
Please help me understand, who wants to pressure to who? Nigeria wants to pressure China? With what leverage? Or do you not understand how application of pressure works on the international scene, you need to have something with which you apply the pressure. You talk about eye for an eye, sorry but Nigeria does not even have that option. In the league of Nations across the world, nobody takes us seriously because we do not take ourselves seriously. Wolgrace: |
First of all, we are not a country. Juliusmalema: |
So here is how I interpret this. 1) Stupid Nigerian Leaders borrow money from foreign imperial institutions to fund recurrent expenditure, most of which is stolen anyway which then ends up in foreign accounts, 2) Stupid Nigerian Leaders accumulate so much debt on the Nation's behalf and since they are more interested in politics, less interested in doing the real work which ofcourse will involve telling people the truth, fighting corruption, drastically reducing recurrent expenditure and balancing the budget, 3) So because Stupid Nigerian Leaders cannot do all listed in #2 despite promising during campaigns to do same, Stupid Nigerian Leaders then have no choice but to go beg for things such as face mask, ventilators and debt forgiveness in a pandemic such as this. Please keep in mind, we are still in the earliest timeline of the pandemic and they are already begging like the cowards that they are. Misrepresenting us both inside and outside the country and you wonder why we are being treated as degenerate slaves in countries such as india and china. I weep for this country but most of all I weep for the black race. |
Most people you see flocking to banks and market are probably people living within the same vicinity. As for transportation, yes it will be more costly however they will continue to afford the best the can. doggedfighter: |
You think 85% of Lagosians roaming the streets on any given day have anything important to do with their lives or anywhere important to be? Grace001: |
We already know the answers to all of these my brother. But the status quo still prevails. We need a concrete path forward with actionable steps. Split this country, let each go their separate route. Emedu: |
I agree bro, gullible people everywhere. Ausrichie: |
Gullible people everywhere bro, I agree. Ausrichie: |
Last I checked, Bill and Melinda Gates did not steal 19.5 billion naira aviation funds meant to upgrade our sh*thole airports. They were not our Minister of Aviation at some point in time who clearly failed in his duty to his country. Individuals such as FFK can open their mouths to talk because he knows Nigerians are as gullible as a 1 year old kid. In a normal society, he would still be serving time for all the money he stole and not spreading conspiracy theories about people who quite frankly he is not even qualified (or has not even earned the right or privilege) to have a discussion about. Like it or not, Bill Gates and his wife has done more for this country (and for mankind) than FFK and his entire lineage. It is possible that he may have hidden motives and agendas, but that should not even come out of the mouth of the likes of FFK (or any useless Nigerian leader by extension) who have had the opportunity but have expressly failed monumentally. |
Hahahahaha, statement below shows how uninformed you are. Do a little desktop research, google to your rescue. Greyworld: |
God bless you good man. God bless you. Blue3k: |
Downright evil sons and daughters of whores. |
Political hustlers dem. |
Hopefully these do not fall into a sorry state after the Covid thing blows over. Also, after the Covid thing blows over, might be helpful to know how much each of these were procured. My guess would be times 10 the actual value and that is putting it mildly. If we had a government that truly cared about it's people, buying a bunch of ventilators wouldn't even make the news. We would have had them in our hospitals in sufficient numbers. And even most importantly, we would have the ability to manufacture them within our own country. |
Well stated. If the US launch precision strikes against Iranian satellites in space, Iran will also launch same at US satellites in space, it's really that simple. dermmy: |
I sight you bro. God bless your insightful comments. hammer0: |
The Economist, a UK based financial news outlet. Abba Kyari, a UK educated lawyer. There can be no smoke without fire. While I do not put so much stock in conspiracy theories, it would not be too far fetched to say that the man was most likely a UK agent within the Nigerian Government. I would rather believe what local news media is saying about the man, they are on ground, they know better than to believe what a colonial controlled mass media is saying. |
No surprises there. Afterall, in the kingdom of the blind, the one eyed man is king. |
How about 50bn? Oh no sorry, how about 150bn?? I've got a better one, how about 500bn Or 5 trillion ?When other states declared internal lockdowns, this useless thief (like all the other useless thieves including the federal government) waited till the infection came into his state. Then declares shutdown. Now wants money. Sorry I've got bad news, oil has crashed. When you all had the opportunity to fix your states and make them viable, you chose not to. Let's see how you will get the money, the same one you intend to embezzle. If Nigerians had common sense, now would be the time to ask relevant questions. Now would be our watershed moment seeing how useless and worthless 20 years of democracy has produced nothing other than empowered a bunch of lunatics. Now would be the time to agree as one on what is wrong and what is right. But No. No. No. |
Because you are a tribal idiot who sees anything and everything from a tribal perspective. Have you stopped to think perhaps he had an igbo wife? Or maybe a dated someone by that name who he holds dear to his heart. Or a good friend of his. Not everything is or has to be Yoruba vs Igbo. Smithkafors: |
Iranian gunboats will seldom if ever harass US Navy Carrier Groups at sea especially open seas where they know they will be toast. The only time they approach US Navy vessels is when they trespass into Iranian waters, which tends to happen alot due to the self-appointed title the US has given itself as Police of the world. Iranians are not foolish or ignorant people like the media often portrays them to be. And the US does not want little skirmishes such as these devolving into an all out war like Trump would have most of you people believe. There are a number of reasons why the US cannot simply attack Iran and it does not have anything to do with who has the better military or weapons. Anyone old enough knows that alone does not guarantee victory in a war. Think I am lying, ask the US how they are doing in Afghanistan presently. Or how they did in Vietnam. In wars it is always about the bigger picture, and not winning the immediate battle and right now the US (and by extension the Iranians) know they do not have it all figured out and may never. |
The hypocrisy in this statement of yours is just pitiable and laughable. mmb: |
Bro, I often ponder this honestly and I have come to the firm conclusion that perhaps good governance and foreign exposure/enlightenment have little in common. In the end, perhaps who we truly are often comes out to overshadow all of these things. Greennotes: |
You know you really did exactly I predicted. Keep fooling your gullible followers. In the end, posterity will not remember people like you. So don't worry, continue your hustle. post=88457315: |
