I’d like to ask please, I’m 34 and I need advice my parents have frequently asked when will I give them a child and sometimes I tell them not just ready with the situation of the country, I have girlfriend who her padtor and few friends ask her when is she going to get married as well on the other hand and she sometimes get pissed about the question.

Please what is the implication of a woman that is moving out of her husband house whenever there is a serious disagreement that bothers on her coming home late with proofing evidences of extra marital affairs on WhatsApp though he has not caught her in the act before. It’s been a painful sight seeing my sister go through this task alone.

She married this guy in 2009 after he impregnated her. Immediately after she gave birth that same year, it’s been one fight or the other. Eventually in 2011 or thereabout, they separated and my sister had to be the only one catering for her baby girl from her small business since then.

Eventually in 2015, he came back manipulated her and rented an apartment where they were staying again. By 2016, she gave birth to another baby boy. In 2017 again, he gave a flimsy excuse and ran away again, living my sister to cater to cater for the two kids. No form of assistance whatsoever. He never cared to ask about their well-being talk more contributing anything to the family.

His families don’t have anything to offer as well. They only give the kids 500 whenever they go their house during any festive periods. My sister has been the only one catering for house rents, school fees and upkeep of the 2 kids.

For the past one month, one of the kids, the boy, has been terribly sick, and we been spending on him, the situation hasn’t really changed. Now my sister went to the guys family house and they have nothing to offer other than herbal concoction. You can imagine.

This is so painful and I hate that my sister has been the only one going through all these alone. For over 13 years now, she’s majorly the one catering for these kids, and this devil have nothing to offer whatsoever.

So please if you have any human right lawyer that’s based in Ibadan or any human right organizations or government agencies that we can take this matter to, please do recommend. Also, suggestions are highly welcome.

My dad is a pastor but doesn't go to church or pastor any church, so last year I and our mother stopped attending a church because of their bad behavior towards us when our grandma was sick.

My dad who we have been pleading with to attend a church has accepted to attend assemblies of god, but my mum wouldn't agree she's insisting on going back to catholic her maiden church.

Sometime around 2016 I sent an anonymous letter to some human rights activist I got on nairaland about a neighbor of mine who was abusing her help.

I came to spend sometime with my mom when I observed that a young girl was living with her and her kids. The girl was being mistreated by her care giver with visible scars all over her body. I was pained so I came here on nairaland for contacts of any human right activist. I got about five details then I sent an anonymous mail to them.

I was shocked when I saw a very beautiful coastal bus in my compound with some beautiful ladies. They arrested my neighbor, her husband and daughter that day.

For weeks they were held and my conscience was already judging me for doing that to them because we were in good talking terms but I hated the way they treated the girl with them.

To cut the long story short, they had a plea bargain and were released after some months but the girl was retained by the organization.

Just yesterday after 6yrs, I paid a visit to my mom and the girl came around. Looking fresh like ajebota, dressed nicely, her English was so queens like and you can tell that her life has changed.

She came in the company of one of the ladies that came for her rescue that day.

I felt a big relief in my heart that my actions saved her and gave her a good life... She was full of life but till today nobody knows that I sent that mail for her rescue, even she herself doesn't know.

I was so shocked hearing such stupid request from my wife with whom I have two lovely children. Immediately I gave her an emphatic NO response. She pleaded for hours but I refused. After much begging I told her I will oblige her request on one condition which is for me to go with her but she refused. At that point I told her to choose between me and her ex boyfriend. We are still on this same issue till the early hours of today.
It's very appalling that a married woman could be craving to hang out with her ex without any sensible reason. I am ready to kick her ass out of my home should she go ahead and hang out with her ex. No matter how strong and deep my love for her is. I will never be stupid or allow love to becloud my manly sense of reasoning.
