They have no intimate relationship maybe cus of distance, He agreed not to call her but promised to take her calls when she does and she calls frequently.

Her husband also warned him to stay away from his wife but he wouldn't listen.

He is a nice guy with a good heart and we are planning introduction by December

I told him that if he can't stop communicating with his ex girlfriend the relationship is over but he still insist on maintaining contact with her...

I love my solitude and I don't define myself with outwardly materialistic desires and objects.

Living with one's parents can be really frustrating at times,you can get scolded for things you don't even think is worth being scolded for and you can get abused for the smallest of things that no matter how much you ask yourself about what you were abused about you still won't see the sense in what they abused you for.
Marriage might be seen as a fairy tale and all but the people who really saw the bad side of their parents marriage and people who are into marriage themselves will disagree with the average boy/girl's vision of marriage.
So from your own experience which is more harder or more annoying and will you be willing to switch your life with your spouse for your life with your parents or vice versa?

Your parents wants to instill discipline in you so you must be obedient to live happily with them

I'm almost 20 and my parents have never mentioned anything about sex to me, not even to tell me me about abstinence.

When I was in secondary school, I hear my friends discuss about the things their parents told them about sex, especially that infamous line "don't allow a boy to touch you, if not you'll get pregnant" , and I'll laugh with them but I could never relate. The only time my mum has even come close to telling me about sex was when our neighbour's daughter was raped, she told me I should be careful with boys and even if I wanted to have sex I should use a condom, I was quite surprised though.

Even my Dad who's more conservative have never even mentioned the word sex to my hearing before .

I wonder if they'll ever discuss it with me, or maybe it's too early, or are they shy or scared to approach the topic.

PS; I've asked my neighbour about it and she says the only time her parents tells her anything about sex is when they are quarrelling her and they'll be like "if you like go and get pregnant and come back to my house, I'll throw you out".

And I can't even broach the issue with them, there are some questions I would like to ask them about sex and I feel they are the only ones who can answer them.
