Our supposed future generation fully engaged in unholy alliances and criminal activities! I pray that Miss K heals body, heart and soul. It's a tough one really. May God bless those who stood by her and gave her the courage to break free and seek justice. I pray that justice is served and that the other rapists are caught and punished. I'm surprised that they're ISL alumni. I used to think that it's a very good school academically and morally. At least judging by those I know that schooled there. Anyway life changes! |
lahizak:They are well enlightened about the voting process before the election date. While southerners are busy with big grammar aka dogo turenchi , they concentrate on making sure that their people vote and their votes count. |
Remi Tinubu did well in her constituency. She deserves her success. The PDP contestant was hardly visible anyway. |
Banky should work harder towards 2023. I admire his courage and will continue to root for him. I know many voted for him simply because we want a break from the norm. Mostly elites and young educated people. Obanikoros EFCC issue was considered by many in making a choice but that's for the educated people. However, this isn't Jide Obanikoro's first attempt. He's well known in the highly populated areas like Obalende, the Lekki villages and the remote Islands. He's garnered strong supporters in those areas over the years. He also followed Remi Tinubu (who has done well by the way) everywhere to commission meaningful projects in indigent areas of the constituency. Banky should take time to understand his constituency for better results next time. I applaud his achievement anyway. God bless his efforts more. |
The father shouldn't get angry in future when she insults him and other elders. The law of sowing and reaping never fails. What a way to bring up a child! |
Looks like he needs to see a psychiatrist. It takes a sick mind to do this to two daughters. |
Wondering what happened to the almajiri schools. This is so sad. Happening in the North that has some of the wealthiest people including oil magnates. |
Must APC follow bad precedents? |
Sad to remember. May their souls continue to rest in peace. |
Interesting! So he should hire someone to look after the baby so madam can go clubbing. Then madam will cry foul when something goes wrong with the child and probably blame him for hiring the wrong person. Gbenro is wrong for bringing his problems to social media but his wife needs to understand the role of a mother in the home. Most of us hail our mothers for all they sacrificed to make us what we are today. That is what motherhood is all about. |
@Ope You're fishing in troubled waters! Why get involved in PMBs 'oza room' matters? Even if you have genuine information, must you implicate the person who told you? How can you prove that this is true? Don't expose yourself carelessly. Avoid getting involved in politicians private matters and mummy's gossips. Get focused on visions for a great future which shall be yours as you strive towards it with God's blessings. |
It's so sad that we've allowed self centred politicians to drive us backwards. The nation is now so divided, one wonders how we degenerated so fast! People are now whipping up primordial ethnic sentiments just to have their way irrespective of long term destruction of relationships and unity of purpose. May God soften hardened hearts. |
Terrible experience for such a young boy! Sodomy is horrible, cannibalism is the extreme. Thumbs up to his mum for speaking out to save others. I pray that he heals well. I hope there are better special needs schools in that axis. |
redcurry:AKA " Do it yourself Ministry " ![]() Operation stop them before they stop you. Sounds funny but that's the reality of life. One learns a lot about spiritual matters from MFM. The good thing is that you don't have to be a member to gain from their wealth of knowledge and experience. |
One man, one vote nau. How can Tinubu deliver people's votes when they're not ignorant? He can only influence by educating minds of the good performance of the APC. The earlier our leaders wake up to smell the coffee, the better. People are a lot wiser now. Like Tinubu said, a leader is the one who has followers behind him. Once you lose that loyalty and commitment, it's end game. He's tried his best over the years but the baba sope days are almost over. The good thing in all these is that he has mentored a number of young people who are doing great in politics. Probably it's time to take a back seat. |
10-15k is sufficient as a starting point for petty traders. The fact is that many of them can't raise the sum at once on their own. As they gain credibility by paying back, they have a chance of taking bigger loans to build their businesses. It's a good initiative. If well managed over time, it will gradually impact positively on the growth of the economy. |
Meaning what exactly? |
Is Chris Okotie contesting really? @Op Update your poll with Moghalus name. He's more popular. |
This guy needs to be very careful. He's probably better off finding his dad from a distance. |
StaffofOrayan:Just wondering why these ladies had to be in the picture. It's most unneccesary. |
Women need to use their brains more. Flaunting your body draws attention no doubt but hardly earns any respect. |
Just wondering...all those who registered in school and now at home because of the strike won't be able to vote. |
It's not his dad that died. Probably his Uncle. He asked him to greet his own dad while referring to the dead as the last of his generation. |
He clearly doesn't know much about the Bakassi issue. Our leaders should stop making fools of themselves by voicing out dubious tales. They should read and listen more. |
Why can't they leave him to complete his tenure? Just 4 months to go. |
Foolish girl! |
36STATES:This response shows a lot of ignorance! Most Yoruba towns have the major roads leading into town passing through the ancient parts of the town where you have century old buildings. Certainly you should know that a town that has a University, Fed. Poly, Navy School and many reputable private institutions like Adesoye College will have beautiful buildings in other areas. Most old Yoruba towns have GRA and new layouts totally off the town centre. By the way, politicians prefer to pass through the centre of the town for crowd effect (real, paid for or coerced by circumstances. ) |
Please who knows why they always wear the lemon colored apron? HML to them |
I'm just wondering why they didn't use either Liberty Stadium or Adamasingba stadium instead of the crowded old city centre with its narrow side streets and markets. Maybe for good pictorial effect. |
Stage fright, tension or temporary loss of memory. This happens to people sometimes. Poor girl! |
While some people are flaunting Lamborghini, Rolls Royce et al. It's a great pity that there's extreme disparity in this country. No meaningful social welfare plans for the poor. In a saner society, health insurance would have taken care of this. Their rich men understand the need for charity and always go the extra mile to care for the less privileged people. |
Those who stopped the teaching of history in schools did a great damage to our society. There's no need for arguments when people know their history. |
