Okay thank you. Someone just advised me to get the manual because anything electric near the breast can cause cancer etc blah blah blah. But I think I’m just going to go with my heart and get the electric one as I want something fast and efficient. Thank you

Well I think it depends on the situation, with my first I had a manual avent breast pump and it was perfect for me because at that time I wasnt working and I mostly pumped so that my mum could feed baby at night while I slept..so it served its purpose...but if you're working and would need to keep a lot of expressed breast milk for baby I think electric would be better..its faster and more efficient. With regards to safety I haven't heard of any electrical accident associated with breast pumps so far and you'll obviously dry it before connecting to electricity

It has been in your body to beat up your wife, the alcohol gave you the courage and strength to do it finally.

You should even be thanking God that you’re not adding sef. We that are adding 20kg,40kg etc we are begging God to please reduce it. Adding minimal weight is much better than adding too much, because adding too much comes with too many health complications abeg. As long as you are eating and everything is fine, you are very lucky.

As much as I adore introverts as I’m on myself, I think there’s a thin line between introverts and social anxiety disorder/extreme seclusion. I think social anxiety needs to be seen as a disorder that needs to be worked on, it’s not acceptable or normal. To isolate yourself in your room or away from people for days/weeks is a serious problem. That is not the behaviour of an introverted person.

Yeah of course I only want immediate family members who will be helpful to be at the hospital eg mum, mil, and sister. Then maybe like a week later we can start entertaining visitors and guests at home, but this has caused a very huge rift between oga and I. He wants visitors to be parading the hospital and I think that’s a terrible idea, as if he’s the one that will be in labour and push out the baby. I don’t want noise ahbeg I’m just annoyed

If he won’t let you go then let yourself go please. This man is not interested in you. He is keeping you on the ropes until he finds his real wife to settle down with. It’s not hard to understand men, they’re very very straight forward. It’s women that like to use their emotions to cloud their judgements. A man that doesn’t call you, a man that has told you blatantly that he doesn’t want marriage, a man that is confusing your brain and soul, is that one your husband? It doesn’t matter how much money he has spent, a man can spend thousands on a woman he is just sleeping with, nothing more nothing less. Kindly leave this man alone, God will give you your husband.

I think this thread is quite stupid. They’re many reasons why a guy may not tie the knot within one or two years. So are you going to totally destroy a good relationship all because he hasn’t proposed? I think it’s better for a woman to use her intuition to know if the guy is serious or not, then she can decide to stay or leave. Justifying cheating is stupidity.
